Vans has released another round of Pro Classics: styles and colorways from their archives, updated with new technology such as DURACAP reinforcement underlays which make them even better for skateboarding. Once again they’ve linked up with living legend Ray Barbee, this timing working the 92′ OLD SKOOL and 95′ EPOCH. Now available at Premier.

Tomorrow night, Saturday, November 14th, from 7-10pm Long Beach retailer Proper is hosting a launch party for the Vans Vault Ray Barbee re-issue pack. The event will feature a collection of classic Ray Barbee boards (starting with the early Cliver Rag Doll decks) and memorabilia along with music by Tommy Guerrero. If you’re in the area, it’ll definitely be worth attending. If not, enjoy the video celebrating 20 years of Ray Barbee’s skate career.

Celebrating the 20 year career of the legendary skater, Vans re-issues four of Ray Barbee’s favorite shoes. Each shoe has been reproduced with period correct artwork, construction, materials, color and packaging. The release consists of the Era ‘87, Chukka ‘95 and two colorways in the Old Skool ‘92. Available now at Proper.
