We give you a first look at the Recon Fall 2008 t-shirts. The first part of t-shirts has been released at Recon New York. They offer a nice mix of graphics and plays on their logo. One of our favorite still remains the "I Miss That Old New York" slogan t-shirt, which comes back this season in a new version.

The much anticipated R3 sunglasses by Recon have finally been released. Featuring a Futura design and coming in a custom Acronym pouch, produced by Bagjack, the sunglasses are now available at Recon NYC and online for 200 USD. The sunglasses come in black and smokey grey. The R3 sunglasses are limited to 1000 pairs, 500 in each colorway. The R3P2 case is also sold separately.

As part of their Fall/Winter 2008 collection, Recon presents the Field Ops Button Down shirts. The shirts come in black and beige and feature a subtle tonal logo embroidery above the right chest pocket.
The Recon Field Ops shirts are now available in store.

For Summer ‘08 Recon remains true to its tested formula. Strong typography and bold graphic. The twisted barbed wire remains a common thread throughout Recon’s visual identity. Utilizing that to great abstract effect, the "Recon Brooklyn" tee turns the familiar symbol into a figures mouth. These tees are now on the shelf at Nort/ReconNYC.

San Jose’s Purist boutique is celebrating its 1st anniversary. To make sure its extra special, they’ve been collaborating with some high profile friends. We showed you the Futura Labs tees previously, and now two more selections have become available. With Recon , Purist has put together a tee with praying skeletal hands with dog tags. A nice twist on classic religious imagery. The Black Scale is a little less exciting. Once again, the tees come in two color options, but one remains exclusive to friends and family. In 2002 artist Stash teamed up with Gravis in 2002 to create a series of products to coincide with his exhibition at Colette. Now they dug in the archives and released some pieces of the collaboration. 
Recon now carries the pack online, consisting of the digi laptop bag and premium leather shoes. If you ever wanted the pack, this might be your only chance.

A couple of weeks ago Recon released the Nike x Stash AF-X Mid Pack, which consisted of the sneakers and a bunch of accessories. The pack was very limited, overall only 3 were released. Now they released the sneaker as well, without the accessories.The Tier 0 sneaker comes in ballistic nylon, which features a camouflage pattern created by Stash.
The sneakers are now available online and go for 150 USD.

This is certainly something very impressive we did not see coming. As most of you might be aware, Recon is about to launch their new R3 sunglass collection, with one of the first models being a collaboration with Futura.
Today first images of the case for the R3 collection came up and it looks like the R3-P2 case has been developed by Bagjack, premier bag makers from Berlin, and Acronym, a label known for its high quality technical clothing. The pouch comes in black/army green and looks very similar to the rest of the Acronym bag line.
This is just another reason for a purchase!

The AF-X pack, a collaboration by Nike and artist Stash is now available in the Recon online store. The pack consists of an AF-X Mid’s, BioKNX backpack, neoprene laptop pouch, neoprene gadget pouch, neoprene digi pouch and phone case.
The pack features a Recon camo print created by Stash. This might be your only chance to get hold of this Tier 0 release. It goes for 425 USD here.

The Recon Barb Wire logo has been first introduced 10 years ago. For the occasion the brand now introduced the logo on t-shirts in a large range of colorways. These are now available online and in store.
