For Fall/Winter 2012 Clarks Originals has teamed up with Japanese brand Rocky Mountain Featherbed. The brand chose to work on the iconic Wallabees boot. It comes in an all black colorway and a beige/brown colorway. Both feature suede and leather details on the upper, with a leather logo patch placed on the heel.

Rocky Mountain Featherbed gets together with Japanese retailer Warehouse on an entire collection of jackets and down vests. Our favorite pieces include the two camouflage pieces, but the nylon down vests are also looking solid and will do a good job in the coming months. All jackets and vests are now available from Warehouse.

Earlier today we presented the collaboration between uniform experiment and Alpha Industries. Here is now a look at their work with Rocky Mountain Featherbed, also as part of the Fall/Winter 2011 Collection.

Together they present a leather down vest in black and brown colorways, featuring a calf leather upper, fur collar and a U.E. logo placement under the collar on the back. The brown one is definitely our favorite. Look out for a release soon.

We won’t be wearing these any time soon (too damn hot). Regardless, we thought we’d let you know that Beams worked with Rocky Mountain Featherbed on a special edition 35th Anniversary Down Vest. In addition to the traditional leather yoke finish, nylon outer and premium down fill, the Beams version features an orange zip pocket and a commemorative Rocky Mountain Featherbed for Beams tag. Pre-order through zozo for next winter.

Japanese label Wacko Maria aligns with storied down vest maker Rocky Mountain Featherbed on an of-the-moment leopard print piece. Accented with a black leather shoulder yoke, the leopard vest features a tonal “Guilty Parties” embroidery on the back alongside some well-angled pockets.

Japanese retailer Beams has collaborated with Rocky Mountain Featherbed on a down vest for Holiday 2009. The vest comes in a multicolor look on the front and in blue on the back, playing with the various panels. Furthermore the shoulder parts of the vest come in premium leather.

One of the coolest Japanese outerwear brands right now is Rocky Mountain Featherbed. In addition to great down vests and jackets, the label offers this Gore-Tex Parka, with a one piece leather cow-hide yoke, black pearl buttons, and grey 60/40 lining. Japanese retailer Beams got together with Jackson, Wyoming’s Rocky Mountain Featherbed once again to rework their classic down outerwear. For this season’s collaborative release, they present two jackets and four vests, each featuring the brand’s signature leather trimming. Several of the items also include fur collar lining, multi-colored panels and reversible options. Now available at Beams.

Another exciting collaboration by mastermind JAPAN has been released over the weekend. Together with Rocky Mountain FeatherBed Co. they created a series of down vests and jackets.
