We have always been fans of the oversized Mickey Mouse interpretations by Japanese fashion brand Roen for Medicom. Along with the 15th anniversary of the toy brand, Roen has produced this all black tone-in-tone version of the ‘Guitar’ Mickey Mouse. It will release on July 30th, 2011, along with lots of other special drops for the occasion.

Medicom continues to work with Disney and Japanese brand Roen, this time on a special black on black edition of their reinterpreted Mickey Mouse characters. The Mummy, Pirate, Guitar, Two Gun and Crown Mickey Mouse figures will be released in tone on tone, matte and gloss black versions for February 2011.

Medicom collaborates with Roen once again on a shoeless version of the VCD Mickey Mouse, this time in greyscale. Limited to 500 examples worldwide. Look out for a release shortly.

Japanese brand Roen has been working with Medicom on Mickey Mouse figurs for a while now. Their Mickey “Guitar” figure returns this month in a new supersized 1 meter version. It will be released on March 19th.

Roen continues their longstanding partnership with Medicom Toy and Disney on a shoeless version of the VCD Mickey Mouse figure. Look for a release in early 2010.

We were just talking about Submariner “homages” weren’t we. Here’s a pretty cool one. Japanese skull and crossbones label Roen hooked up with Belgium’s Ice Watch on a nearly-monochromatic watch in 3 color options. Comes packaged in a dope co-branded, Lego-inspired box – that looks to double as a piggy-bank. Now in at Cliff Edge.

Not for the first time Japanese clothing brand Roen and Medicom work together on aMickey Mouse vinyl figure. The last one was Mickey smashing a guitar on the floor. Hereyou see the latest one now, with Mickey wearing a skull/bone t-shirt and a large crown.
