DC Shoes continues to work with sneaker customizer SBTG. As part of their “Circus of Mutants” collaboration they present the Gatsby “The Fly” style. The low top sneaker comes in two colorways and features a fly design all over the upper.

For this coming Valentines, Royalefam has came up with a 16 pair limited edition model called “Die Die My Darling”. Die, Die, My Darling is a Bloody Valentine love story featuring the legendary pin-up girl of the Memphis Belle B-17F flying fortress warplane, Sawtooth nose art, red rival camo, bullet hole print and Valentine blood rose. For the second chapter of Varsity Bones, SBTG pays tribute to legendary pop culture icon Michael Jackson. Inspired by his famous red leather jacket from “Thriller” the Blazer features a leather jacket sewn in clean luxurious lines with studded collars, black satin, and geometric contrasts with a zipper baseline. The third chapter of the Varsity Bones saga is B.R.M.C: a fantasy biker gang inspired by a life on the road and on the run. The sneaker comes to life with an intense mix of locks and chains, denim rivets, gang patches, zippers on quilted linings and animal fur. The shoes will launch on OCTOBER 5th 2009 at Royalefam.

Previewed in Vegas, we now have the official info on the first collaboration between DC and renowned Singaporean design collective RoyaleFam. The co-op boasts three shoes, a pair of board shorts, two t-shirts and two hats all designed by SBTG. The design inspiration comes from the legendary skateboard crew called the “Circus of Mutants” who were famous in Singapore in the 80’s and 90’s. While SBTG himself was not a member of this crew he was chosen to tell the story of the “Circus”. This crew included “The Fly” (along with other local legends “The Bat”, “Scorpion”, and “Frankenstein”) and as such the first installment of the “Circus of Mutants” is based on Singaporean legend Lucas Ng – “The Fly”. The collection will officially hit select skateboarding stores worldwide in January 2010.

Working once again with famed Singapore-based sneaker customizer, SBTG, DC Life presents a capsule collection of collaborative gear under the Royalefam umbrella. Inspired by SBTG’s childhood skate gang, Circus of Mutants, the shoes were done up in a black and green colorway with familiar SBTG details and an abundance of Fly imagery. Don’t quote us on this, but apparently, each skater in the crew had their own nickname, with SBTG’s being “The Fly.” The capsule release includes 5-panel cap, snapback, boardshort and t-shirt components. The boardshorts stand out as especially fly to us. Hits select accounts for Spring 2010.

The latest development in the G-Shock 25th anniversary celebration is this DW-5600 done by Singapore-based sneaker customizer SBTG, for whom this was a childhood dream come true. “My mom bought me a G-shock when I was about seven years old and I immediately felt like the luckiest kid in school. It was a status symbol man.” Taking a simple black base, SBTG printed the face and strap with his trademark star and camo patterns, seen across both his shoes and Royalefam clothing line.

Royalefam has created Tedox, an amalgamation of the iconic teddy and the chinese zodiac ox. An exclusive release for the year 2009, in conjunction with the launch of Project Midas’s online store. Handcrafted by Royalefam, each Tedox is made to order, and unique with its own mix of camouflage materials sourced from all over the world. Tedox comes in two sizes and will be released very soon.

We present you the second part of the “Dead Generals” collection by Royalefam, created by SBTG. Dead Generals is symbolic to clean up the old ways of operations and the birth of a new force. This part of the collection consists of lots of cut-and-sew pieces and all-over silkscreened t-shirts. The stand-out piece is certainly the Triumph Jacket, which comes with a series of details.

This part of the Royalefam “Dead Generals” collection will be released on January 25th.

This month will see the first drop from Royalefam’s “Dead Generals” collection for Autumn/Winter 2008. Military inspired backgrounds fill the look book and inform the graphic sensibility. Among the items are zip up hoodies, t-shirts, button-ups and skate decks. Of course, some custom sneakers are also on the horizon.

The collection will be out on Royalefam.com, and at fine stores across the globe. Some of these include Suru, The Brooklyn Circus and Headquarter.

Royalefam has revealed its latest Fall/Winter 2008 collection called Dead Generals. The line symbolizes the death of an old method and the birth of a new one for the Singapore-based brand. Established 5 years ago by sneaker artist, Mark Ong (SBTG), Royalefam turns the page to a new chapter with what is their most inspired collection to date.
The Dead Generals Edition will consist of a series of custom sneakers, a full range of clothing that will include t-shirts, hoodies, cut & sews and some special pieces that will be unveiled in the coming weeks. The collection will also include a special series of skateboards that is a joint project with Preduce Skateboards out of Thailand.
The Royalefam Fall/Winter 2008 collection will be released this coming October and will be available in selected Royalefam stockists worldwide.

Royalefam, clothing line by sneaker customizer SBTG, has collaborated with Vancouver store Subdivision on the Royaledivision Hoodie. The all black hoodie features a quilted rifle pad on the shoulder, removable DIVISION velcro name tag, a large Royale Division flock applique on the hood and on the back is a mixed media black flock Royalefam classic OG logo harboring the Subdivision Skull.

We present you the new Royalefam Spring/Summer 2008 collection – Black Saigon. The line is purely influenced by military aesthetics and an interpretation of war and death. The collection consists of t-shirts, shirts, hoodies and jackets and is all cut & sew. Most of the collection comes with a used look, washed out colors and lots of other nice details including custom tags.

Royalefam, the clothing line by renowned sneaker customizer SBTG just released lots of new products in their online store. New t-shirts, raglan tees and other cut & sew specials can be found now in all sorts of colorways and camouflage colors in the store. It is nice to see what is possible to do with something as simple as a t-shirt and reminds us that with little graphics, you can still put out as strong tee.
