Sanrio worked with Casio on a Baby-G watch to celebrate the 35th anniversary of their Hello Kitty character. The watch comes in black and in pink and features several prints along the bracelet. The watches are now available from colette.

We get a first look at the upcoming collaboration between Dr. Romanelli, Sanrio and Medicom Toy. Together they worked on new Hello Kitty figures, overall three of them. Dr. Romanelli was inspired by his fascination with medical science. The three figures will be complemented by a capsule apparel collection upon release. More information will follow soon.

We take a detailed look at the collaboration between Bape and Sanrio, who did not only join force on a capsule collection, but they also opened a Sanrio Baby Milo Pop-Up Store. The collection is made up of t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, tote bags, mugs, key chains, other accessories and also the Bape Skullsta sneaker. All pieces come in a variety of colorways, featuring graphics that combine Bape’s Baby Milo and Sanrio characters.

We take an early look at the Bape Fall 2009 collaborations, now that their new seasonal catalogue has been released. As usual Bape keeps it interesting. They worked this season with Chrome Hearts on a Milo plush toy, as well as a couple of t-shirts. Furthermore they worked with G-Shock on a DW-6900 watch, with Undercover on sneakers. With Sanrio they worked on a large coop collection, featuring both brands’ characters and with Ghostbusters the collaboration continues and spans over clothing, accessories and footwear for Fall 2009.

Once again Sanrio and A Bathing Ape join forces, this time they go into retail and are about to open the Sanrio Baby Milo Store. The store will open its doors from August 12th to August 18th and they will be carrying lots of collaborative product, including t-shirts featuring characters from Sanrio and of course Baby Milo by Bape.

Sanrio worked with Asics to offer an exclusive pack of Hello Kitty sneakers. They worked on the Gel Lyte III, which comes in a classic Hello Kitty white/red colorway and in a black/gold colorway. These two colorways will be released in September in select Sanrio stores and on Sanrio.com. A third shoe will be released in October.

The black/gold edition was designed for Sanrio Luxe, a high end Sanrio boutique on New York Time Square. The Sanrio Luxe store will be the only one worldwide carrying the colorway.
