The previously announced collaboration between Sebago and Cool Cats on their classic Docksider boat shoe silhouette has been released today. Limited to 75 pairs, the shoe comes in black leather with multicolor eyelets and red in-sole. The shoe is available through the Cool Cats online store and will also be available at colette.

Michael from La MJC just dropped a preview of some forthcoming Sebago Docksides done is collaboration with Paris-based collective Cool Cats. Working with the classic boat shoe silhouette, Cool Cats applied multi-colored eyelets over a premium black leather upper with monochromatic laces, red lining, and standard white dock sole. Limited to 75 pairs, also known as the Paris lucky number. No specific release date has been mentioned, but we’re assured they’re coming very soon. 

For their debut footwear offerings, the leather-heads at Billykirk got together with classic American footwear brand Sebago. Two styles were created: the first being an oxford, based on an authentic dockworkers shoe previously only sold in Europe; while the second is a boat-like boot based around the oxford. Each shoe comes with gold laces and a choice of three color stories – black leather, brown leather, or tan suede. Overall a rugged and understated lineup, much like their leather goods. The Billykirk x Sebago Collection will be available this November.

Here comes now the much anticipated colette x Sebago Dockside boat shoe. At first the shoe has been kept pretty simple, featuring an all grey upper with signature colette blue accents. But then they dipped the tip of the shoe in orange color, giving the shoe a completely different look and certainly unseen on boat shoes. The shoe has been dipped by Jack Spade.

The colette x Sebago Dockside boat shoes will be released on March 21rst at colette.

The Sebago Dockside boat shoe is turning 40 and to celebrate the occasion, the brand got together with LaMJC on a double pack of the classic shoe. The design used on the boat shoes was inspired by one of the first sneaker collaborations of LaMJC – the 2006 New Balance. In the spirit of the anniversary, only 40 pairs of each colorway were made and will be released on Saturday, March 21rst, exclusively at colette. colette will also be releasing their Dockside on the same day, which they worked on together with Jack Spade. Ronnie Fieg got together with Sebago for a second time to create a dockside spring collection. Previewed are the first of four shoes to be released this season. First we preview the classic black premium leather, very clean, classic and perfect for everyday wear. Second is the all white patent leather which is bold and unique, more for the fashion savvy shopper.

Judging from the first images of the Spring/Summer 2009 collections, boat shoes will also be a major part of our footwear this coming summer. We have already seen new styles by Lanvin and by Sperry Topsider this season. Here we present you now the collaboration between New York design collective Vane and Sebago.

They worked on the classic Sebago Docksides boat shoe and gave it an updated look, adding some color and different leathers to the classic silhouette. The collection will be available at Training Camp, Brooklyn Circus Global, Alife and Format in New York City, Solemates in Chicago, The Closet in Los Angeles, Nubian in Japan, Nomad in Toronto this March. Ronnie Fieg and David Z have teamed up with Sebago for their 25^th Anniversary to put a spin on boat shoe line by creating their own timeless styles using the finest leathers and materials available.
They created a black and a grey version of the all time classic. 120 pairs of each colorway have been made and they are available now online.
