Spine TV presents the second video from their Tokyo City Series. This time they sat down with Neighborhood founder and creative director Shinsuke Takizawa. The designer gives a guided tour of his Tokyo store and talks about the Neighborhood philosophy, as well as his fascination with LA biker gangs. Enjoy!

Today the upcoming collaboration between A Bathing Ape and Neighborhood was announced through multiple channels. Nigo got the word out via Twitter, while Shinsuke Takizawa from Neighborhood is blogging about it and even gives us a first product preview. The collection is entitled “NHBA Brother Hood” and we cannot wait to see it. Here we give you a first look at a sneaker from the collection, as well as some more graphics that will be part of it. Definitely exciting news and it will be interesting to see what the result of a collaboration of these two very different brands will look like.

Levi’s Japan presents the Tokyo Creators Vintage Collection, a capsule collection filled with collaborations with some of Tokyo’s most prominent designers. Included in the series are collaborations with Hiroshi Fujiwara, Shinsuke Takizawa, Kazuki Kuraishi & Takahiro Miyashita and Makoto Azuma. All of the designers worked on vintage 501 models. The project will be released on December 5th.

Think Silly has released a new feature on their site, entitled Hoods HK Special Feature. They got together with Shinsuke Takizawa and TET from Neighborhood and WTAPS, to talk about their brands and of course also about the Hong Kong flagship store Hoods.

Not for the first time Shinsuke Takizawa and Adidas work together. This time the creative director of Neighborhood worked on the Adidas Superstar 80’s. The sneaker comes in black with white toe cap and stripes and features his face on the tongue logo.

Shinsuke Takizawa shows first images of some upcoming Neighborhood leather jackets. The brand has always had strong leather pieces in their collection of superior quality to what is mostly available on the market. These jackets come in black and royal blue and are decorated with patches, strupes and embroideries, while still keeping them overall simple. The patches look like the ones that you usually find on varsity jackets.
We are not so convinced by the royal blue colorway, but there is always space in the closet for a quality black leather jacket. More pics after the jump.

Shinsuke Takizawa shows us the latest pieces of the SVG Archives line by Neighborhood. They present a down vest and a coach jacket, both made out of Gore-Tex Windstopper materials and featuring a Thinsulate inner lining. Both pieces feature prints and tags all-over.
