Shipley & Halmos will be releasing reversible cotton corduroy poly-blend/wool Varsity Jacket for Fall 2011. One side is two-tone burgundy and white, with “S&H” lettering, while the other is solid grey. The jacket will be falling into Barneys this August 2011 for $425.

After working recently with Common Projects, Moscot has now gotten together with Shipley & Halmos, yet another stand-out New York brand. The match of classic quality eyewear and the contemporary yet very solid fashion brand, makes sense to us. Together they worked on the iconic Moscot Miltzen frame. Shipley & Halmos used a clear frame and added three colors of lenses to the model. So far we have not heard about a fixed release date yet, but we will definitely keep you posted. After rumors had been circulating for a while about a possible collaboration of Uniqlo and other fashion brands, they have today finally officially announced the Uniqlo Designer Invitation Project. The first line-up of designers in the project includes Steven Alan, Opening Ceremony, Shipley & Halmos and Gilded Age. The first two collections will get into stores on 9th of March, the last two on 13th of April. We cannot wait to see the outcome of the collections and are certainly all up for some well prices goods from these four brands. Via Selectism.
