Two solid new shoes have released from the Lot Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The Japanese brand presents the Straight Tip, a classic lace-on, enhanced with a light leather toe box and a more sporty white outer sole. Furthermore they present the Oxford, which has a light brown leather heel enforcement along with the white outer sole. Both look very solid and bring a less dressy feel to these otherwise very classic footwear silhouettes. The shoes are now available at Gettry.

Retailer South Willard debuts an eponymous clothing line for Fall/Winter 2009. Heavily inspired by growing up California, the line focuses on functionality and quality, and the production notes attest to this. Jackets are made by Crescent Down Works in Seattle, denim in Okayama Japan, and shoes by Quoddy Trail in Maine. All with meticulous attention to detail. Now available in store and online from South Willard.

After providing laces for some of the best names in the business, Starks is branching out to work on their first pair of footwear. Collaborating with Timberland, Starks built a corduroy and leather Classic 3-Eye Handsewn Shoe and added some interesting details such as different birds embossed on each of the left and right insoles. These drop next month and will be available through the Starks web store.

The visvim Hockney SF-Folk “Safari” has released today. The shoe comes with a leopard pattern all over the upper. It is available in two colorways at the honeyee.store.

Tokyo retailer Atmos has worked with Clarks on the Wallabee in two new colorways for Holiday 2009. The iconic shoe comes in a red plaid/black suede and a green plaid/black suede colorway. Around the ankle they placed some black leather and contrasting stitching. The two Wallabees will be released on December 5th.

After showing you already several boots from the Raf Simons x Dr. Martens Fall/Winter 2009 Collection, we take a closer look at the Double Monk Strap Shoes from the collaboration. Seattle boutique Blackbird worked with Alden on the Wingtip Blucher. The shoe is made of 100% calf leather, features a blucher style wingtip, and was made exclusively for the store. In our mind definitely a nice interpretation of this all-time classic. The shoe comes in an almost black burgundy colorway and is now available.

As some of you might know already, Michael Williams from A Continuous Lean has been working on ACL & Co., a new brand, for a while. We do not want to spoil the fun and will wait on reporting about it until launch. But in the meantime you can check out the ACL & Co. collaborative Chukkas with Cole Haan. The limited edition Chukka is hand-crafted of heavyweight, vegetable tanned English reverse Kudu on the upper, sock and sole. Even though the shoe is part of the Spring 2010 Collection, it has seen an early release online here.

Two solid new shoes have released from the Cause Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. They present the Moccasin Slip-On, which is a casual shoe, available in two suede colorways. The Side Zip Wallabee comes with an added zipper to the classic silhouette. It comes in three colorways, ranging from more classic ones to bright red. The new shoes are now available at Flauge.

New shoes from the Opening Ceremony Fall/Winter 2009 Collection have been released. The drop includes the Simple Saddle Shoe, a leather version of their Desert Boot and the Zip-Up Boot, which is probably the most interesting shoe among the new releases.
