First pieces of the new Silas Spring/Summer 2009 collection have been released. This first drop consists of a buffalo check shirt, two t-shirts, a keyring and the Silas Classic Denim. All pieces come in a variety of colorways and are already today available at Oki-Ni.

Unbar has created a nice Silas Winter 2008 Lookbook, showcasing the latest pieces out of the Silas Fall/Winter 2008 collection. As usual the UK turned Japanese brand, offers a great selection of basics and subtle styles in all areas.

Amos and Silas have been celebrating 10 years of respective growth. The collaboration has thus far lead to two editions of the Martin X toy. Amos pulls a string, and the third version of the colorway becomes even more special. Exclusive to select Silas stores in Japan and the Amos Toys site, the Martin X SE seen above is a tribute to Bounty Hunter. BH was enormously influential in the first productions from Amos. This version takes notes from Kid Hunter, the toy that started the blood boiling for Amos.

The Amos x Silas 10th Anniversary “Martin X” figures will be releasing soon. Here we have some better images of the two toys. They have a Silas logo print on the front and the “X” on the hands, standing for the 10th anniversary. Definitely a must-have for Amos collectors.

Silas continues to celebrate their 10th anniversary throughout the year and we present you now their upcoming limited edition product for the occasion. After previously presenting watches with Wired H, toys with Amos, sneakers with Vans, they have more interesting product aligned for the Fall/Winter 2008 season.

Together with Yarmo they present the Drivers Coat and the Rock Candy Jacket for men. For women they made the Fanfic Jacket and Breton Hats with Yarmo. WIth Irish shirtmaker James Mortimer they collaborated on Triadic shirts. And last but not least they worked with Stephen on a series of womens bags.

Expect these pieces to land in stores in the coming weeks.

Amos Toys announced the release of this cat character vinyl toy this weekend, Saturday, September 27th. Silver and gold members of the Amos online store will be the only ones able to order the toy this weekend, before the general release. It seems like it is a collaboration with Silas.

Silas brings a nice set of jumpers and some coats for fall 2008. Limited branding, different cuts and weights all lend to good horizontal appeal. One logo piece has snuck in, but let’s face it, the long sleeve tee is criminally underused in this market. Hanon has the new drop soon. Keep your eyes peeled.

Silas got together with Dazed & Confused Japan to work on a pair of glasses. The outcome is a rather simple pair of black glasses, that are now available at Dedue.

Some great new footwear is coming from Silas, the Patrick Suede and the Joe Suede. Both styles come in brown and black with suede uppers and matching soles.
The Patrick Suede is a mid top boot, similar to a Chukka. The Joe Suede is a slip-on. Both are great alternatives to your regular sneakers and go with pretty much any outfit.

After showing you just this morning the Silas x Amos Toys "Martin X" figures, that will be releasing to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Silas, we give you now a first look at what the brand has to offer in their Autumn 2008 collection.
Silas continues to produce solid collection, consisting of quality knitwear, outerwear, denim and more. Colors stay mostly pale this season, and its really the accessories and a few stand-out pieces that caught our eye.
