Neighborhood and Italian store SlamJam collaborate for the first time, on a capsule collection entitled “Bianco Bianco”. The name literally translates into the collection, which consists of only white products – denim, t-shirt and candle. The items were inspired by the end of the 70’s. The narrow denim comes with custom collab label, painted rivets, tears and stitching. The collection will be released exclusively at SlamJam stores in Italy and Spain on 23rd of March.

After the recent release of the black and yellow colorways of the SlamJam x Nike Air Force 1 Premium, the other two colorways will be releasing very soon.

Just like the first two releases, these come with crinkled patent leather uppers, white soles, Swoosh and embossed SlamJam logo on the back heel. The red colorway is probably the strongest in the entire pack.

Wellgosh is already now offering a pre-order on both sneakers.

Definitely a very interesting piece, on one of Europe’s biggest tastemakers in our market.

For this Summer edition of the Slam Trick 2008 event, SlamJam has produced a great prize for their competition winners. Artist/designer Fergadelic has created graphics that were then applied to a Fender acoustic guitar. Here we present you the outcome. Unfortunately you cannot buy it.

Yesterday we gave you another detailed look at the SlamJam x Nike Air Force 1 "Optical Force" Pack. The release will be accompanied by some goodies, including a dust bag, as well as a t-shirt and a poster.

With the Tier 0 release of the Nike Air Force 1 "Optical Force" this weekend in Milan, in collaboration with SlamJam, we thought we’d take a closer look at the black and yellow colorways.

The uppers come in wrinkled patent leather, the Swoosh, laces and lining in white. The lining comes in mesh and inner sole features the SlamJam "Optical Force" pattern and logo. The laces are waxed are have a real premium feel. Also the leather mid-sole adds a premium touch to the sneaker. The SlamJam logo is also embossed on the heel.

The pack will be released this Saturday, September 20th.

Last week we announced the SlamJam x Nike Air Force 1 "Optical Force" pack. This is the first official collaboration of SlamJam and Nike.

The Italian store chose the Air Force 1 to work on and presents it in two colorways. The upper comes in either black or yellow wrinkled patent leather, similar to what we have just recently seen on the Blazer Low. The Swoosh, Laces, Sole and lining all come in white, keeping the sneaker very clean. The SlamJam logo has been embossed right below the Nike logo on the heel tab.

The SlamJam x Nike Air Force 1 "Optical Force" pack will be released on the 20th of September at SlamJam Milan.

We have previously shown you the BePositive footwear collection by SlamJam, that is debuting this Fall/Winter 2008 season. So far it had only been available in Japan, but now Hanon is also offering it and we even came across a style that we had not soon before – the BePositive Chukka Pony.
It might be the best style we have seen so far, as the Chukka comes with a brown pony hair upper, giving it a really classy look. That little shine just has something to it. That combines with a more sporty white sole and brown leather with matching laces, makes a well-rounded shoe.

Previewed by us a couple of months ago the newly launched shoe brand by Italy’s infamous Slam Jam, BePositive, has finally gotten into stores, with Tokishirazu being among the first.
The first models to be released are the College Leather and the Oxford Leather, each coming in overall three colorways. The fusion of classic leather shoe uppers and sporty white soles is something we have previously only seen from a couple of Japanese brands. It is nice seeing SlamJam moving into this market with BePositive, offering a European alternative. Also "Made In Italy" usually means good things, so expect good quality.

It’s this time of the year again – Bread & Butter. The show starts today and already the first event took place last night. Slam Jam x Chikashitsu launched the first group ofthe Stussy x Neighborhood Boneyards collection in Barcelona with a get together at the Chikashitsu store. Lots of people came through and there was a good vibe. 
Chikashitsu looked better than ever, not only having the Boenyards collection in stock, but also the latest from Visvim, Undercover and all your other favorite Japanese brands.
