A new limited edition Lacoste sneaker has arrived at Size? – the Revan 50 Snake. With a striking combination of leather, suede and faux snakeskin plus fierce orange detailing they will definitely get you noticed.

The Lacoste Tennis Mid was first introduced in the late 80’s and now it is coming back as part of the Lacoste Stealth collection. They updated the look of the sneaker by giving it some snake skin on the upper. That mixed with the black, orange and beige makes for a nice colorway. According to Sneaker Freaker, it will be released in August.

New Balance presents an interesting new pack – the M574 Reptile Pack. It consists of three styles, each influenced by a different reptile – Snake, Lizard and Alligator. Overall the sneakers keep a subtle look and feature premium materials on the upper. Certainly a nice premium pack by New Balance. It seems like these are an exclusive for the Japanese market. Around the end of 2007 gold and silver appeared on lots of products, must have something to do with the Christmas season. From lots of companies we have their products re-interpreted in these colors. Now also Adidas released their Superstar in gold and silver. The 3 Stripes as well as the backheel come in exotic leather, just in case the gold and silver are not obvious enough yet.

Here we have already a first look at some Spring 2008 New Era caps by Mishka NYC – the “Snake M” New Era cap comes in different colorways and features a prominent “M”, made up of a snake on the front panels as a 3D embroidery. The underbrim is in Satin. The Snake M NEW ERA 59Fifty will be offered in a host of colorways, including a White/Blue pinstripe piece. Via Strictly Fitteds.

Sneaker Freaker presents the Nike Taipan Pack, named after the world’s most dangerous snake. The pack consists of an Air Stab, Court Force Hi and Court Force Lo. The uppers of the sneakers come with wood-grain snakeskin and otherwise pretty basic white uppers. We really like this pack – good colors and not too crazy. There is no release date so far, but we’ll keep you posted.

We have seen it on Nike, Adidas, Reebok and now also on Vans. They just dropped the Ave Sk8 in two variations – Snake and Leopard. It’s not printed but faux snake and faux leopard. Since it is mixed with the simple black suede it does not get too strong. For those of your that are into the animal thing, these are now availabel at Active for as little as 55 USD.
We definitely prefer the more low-key snake version!

A while ago Married to the Mob got together with artist Kaws to create a Bikini. It was a huge success and sold out in no time. Building on that the two got together again for another Bikini that will be released this coming Friday, July 27th.
The new version features once again Kaws designs on the slip and the top, this time a gold print on black. Looks great!
