RTEmagicC ipath japan 1.jpg IPath x The Mighty Jamrock
IPATH is collaborating with Osaka reggae group, The Mighty Jamrock, to release a new limited shoe that will only be available in Japan. Dropping in select retailers immediately, the shoe is constructed in classic IPATH style.  The upper is made from white hemp and both tongues feature IPATH’s  trademark stash pocket, great for stashing change or anything else you’ll need at a reggae festival.

This won’t be the last collaboration from IPATH.   Watch for a limited edition Grasshopper model to drop sometime this fall.
Now check out more detailed pictures of the IPath x The Mighty Shamrock collaboration shoe after the jump.

Visvim Polke Black Suede

RTEmagicC vsvm polke black.jpg Visvim Polke Black Suede
Here we present you a new Visvim Polke style. After the olive colorway we now show you the black on black suede version of the sneaker. Overall a pretty classic looking sneaker – the two white lines give it something a little more sporty, which we don’t mind at all. But Visvim has been moving a little away from the super clean style lately (new logo, etc), at least on certain pieces and especially the G-Line and we hope that they do not continue in this direction. After all, the subtle style was what we appreciated most about the brand. Pic via Complex.
Anyways, the Polke definitely works and nicely combines a more casual shoe and a sneaker and the black on black colorway is the best one so far!

RTEmagicC Nike Wildedge Gtx 1.jpg Nike Wildedge GTX
Here we present you one of the most exciting Nike ACG releases of this year, especially technically exciting. The upper of the Nike Wildedge GTX comes in Gore-Tex and XCR, which makes the shoe’s upper water proof and wind proof. Of course it also features the trademark 0.44 sticky rubber sole, just like most Nike ACG sneakers. All this functionality combined with this nice yellow/black colorway, makes one of the best ACG releases so far this year. Via Sneaker Freaker.

Nike ACG “Jack Wool” Soaker

RTEmagicC Nike jack Wool Soaker 3.jpg Nike ACG Jack Wool Soaker
A few months ago we introduced the Nike Soaker to you, a shoe that shows some pretty impressive performance in the outdoors. This time not branded under the ACG label, Nike brings the Soaker with a bit more fashionable look. We have seen lots of plaid in their Fall 2007 collection and so they continue in that direction also with this model.
“As you can see, it also features ‘Jack Wool’ material on the uppers, and a choice between lumberjack check or corduroy, both reminiscent of the winter flap-hats endorsed by huntsmen and fighters of the cold worldwide. Extra protection comes from the protective shell on the toe box and with the 0.44 sticky rubber outsole…” Via Sneaker Freaker.
The perfect shoe for the outdoors and a very innovative approach by Nike, which has to be honored in a world where re-releases rule everything. Check out the entire line-up of mens and womens Soakers after the jump.

Here you see the newly updated version of the Visvim Double Ring, that just got in at F.I.L. Tokyo. The new silhouette is much smoother than the old one and also the closing with the Visvim tag looks much better than the previous one in our mind. It is now available in black and brown. Via Conope.
