Union Los Angeles presents a nice look at this season’s Sperry x Band of Outsiders Fall/Winter 2011 collaborative boat shoes. 2 different silhouettes are offered with a traditional 3-hole boat shoe (in 2 colors) and a chukka version. Both boast some nice details but an especially nice touch has to be the wool/leather upper of the chukka.

As part of their Cloud Logo line, Sperry Top-Sider puts a new spin on a classic silhouette. With the ‘Shipyard’ designation, the shoe receives a thickened up sole and more rugged leathers. Available now in two great fall colors, direct from Sperry.

For Spring/Summer 2012, Sperry Top-Sider will release some vibrant in-line boat shoes. Sperry Top-Sider presents a blue canvas Boat Oxford shoe with a fold-able, step-in heel, high comfort insole and flexible sole. An excellent choice for those looking for a mature, yet casual summer shoe. The shoe is part of Sperry’s “fashion forward” Cloud line and is available online through Sperry.

For Fall 2011, Sperry presents a few more rugged styles for those who like to take their Sperry’s off the boat and into more hostile terrain. Featured in a mixed waxed canvas and leather, the boots come in both mid and high cut styles, each of which includes a striped lining and black/tan mini-lug sole. The Shipyard Rigger Boot and Shipyard Longshoreman Chukka will be hitting retailers this fall.

Sperry introduces Brogue shoes for Fall 2011. As part of their higher-end ‘Cloud’ the line, the shoes present an interesting fusion of styles: the uppers are very classically-styled brogues, while the soles and laces are similar to what you would find on a Sperry Top-Sider boat shoe. Look for these in Fall 2011. Seen at Bread & Butter Berlin.

Japanese retailer Beauty & Youth have secured another well-done exclusive, this time with the venerable Sperry Top-Sider. Celebrating their 75th anniversary this year, Sperry offer the anti-slip, canvas Seamate in three different B&Y two-tone color ups. Available with a white canvas base and a choice of blue, yellow or red paneling and foxing band. Hello summer.

J. Crew receives a new exclusive Sperry boat shoe for spring. Details you won’t find anywhere else include a partial cotton chambray lining and a gently distressed chino upper. Available now, only at J. Crew.
