Kilo is a contemporary sportswear label with a focus on illustrating a “New-Americana”. Forward in concept and execution, Kilo draws inspiration from the vibrant Miami attitude to the sleek construction of the art deco Manhattan skyline. With a fine attention to detail they blend luxury, sport, pop and politics to convey their message.
There is no doubt, that Kilo Goods has been setting itself apart from the rest of the industry right from the start in terms of styles and colors, something we appreciate very much. Their Spring 2009 collection is probably the most subtle one that we have seen to date, nevertheless you still do find the crazy colors and shapes, just a little more hidden than usual. Nice cut & sew pieces, as well as strong t-shirts make up the new collection, which will be presented for the first time next week, at the S.L.A.T.E. tradeshow in Las Vegas.

We gave you a first look at the Raf Simons For Eastpak Spring 2009 collection during the last Bread & Butter tradeshow in Barcelona in July. Here we can show you now some nice images of what there is to come. 
One again the collection takes a completely different direction. The very first one was very sporty and consisted of colorful large scale backpacks. The current collection, for Fall/Winter 2008, is darker and has a subtle wrinkled look. The one for Spring 2009 takes a more luxurious approach and for the first time leather is being used on the bags more heavily. Via The Moment.

Common Projects will be introducing a new model for Spring 2009 – the Desert Boots. As usual the brand presents a very clean silhouette and concentrates on the quality leathers and details. Here we show the new high top sneaker in black and white. Via Matt George.

After giving you yesterday a preview of the Etnies SLB23 Spring 2009 offering, we show you now the latest creation by Jason Dill for Etnies.

New York’s Capsule tradeshow is in full effect and very busy these days. We passed by the Nike booth today and took a first look at the Sportswear Spring 2009 collection. 
Dubbed "Earthquake" collection by us, for lack of a better description, Nike presents a series of pieces in the line. Backpacks, travel bags and windrunners all feature a photographic print all-over.
The collection will definitely find its fans.

We present you the newly developed JB Classics Esquire Version 2, due to come out Spring 2009.
This particular colorway and style will be released as part of the Prime Collection and in the John Doe Series. The Esquire Version 2 is more narrow and less bulky. Part of the sneaker comes quilted in premium leathers, the lining comes in Drytex breathable fabric.
Certainly a nice addition to the JB CLassics collection. Finally something more simple and less about graphics. Detailed images after the jump.

As part of their Spring 2009 collection, Free Gold Watch from San Francisco got together with denim giant Levi’s to work on a collaborative model of their classic 501 model. The black denim comes with a reverse pocket, details on the back pockets as well as a dollar lining inside the pockets. Via Bloglin.

Adidas Skateboarding continues their close relationship with skater and artist Mark Gonzales. For Spring 2009 he worked on a variety of product, some more widely available and others intended for limited release. As usual you find Mark’s art on all his footwear.
