Continuing our live coverage from Las Vegas, we visit with Hysteric Glamour of Japan who is showing their Summer 08 collection at UNITED Tradeshow.

An established core brand in Japan, Hysteric Glamour is now making a push into the United States market with an offering that is sure to please.
With a full line, including t-shirts with Kurt Cobain photography, denim, and their unique cut hoodies, the HG collection looks to be available for Summer 08.

Soy Clothing of Seattle, WA is showing at the UNITED Tradeshow this winter in Las Vegas.
The line is a message focused brand which explores the true urban and street lifestyle that is uniquely developing in the Northwest and across the country.

It was just announced yesterday, that Burton has acquited DNA Distribution.
“Snowboard bohemoth Burton has expanded its reach into the skate market, yesterday acquiring DNA Distribution for an undisclosed sum. DNA includes the brands Alien Workshop, Reflex and Habitat, which offer both hard- and softgoods for the skateboarding market.
In recent seasons, the Burlington, Vt.-based Burton has been expanding beyond its snowboarding roots. In June 2006, the company acquired Santa Barbara-based Channel Islands Surfboards, landing it in the surf market. In a statement, Burton CEO said, “This acquisition completes a strategy that we have been very focused on for quite some time and marks a new milestone in the evolution of Burton and its family of brands.”” Via DNR.

Amongst Friends is a crisp new line out this Spring. Though the line was developed by Mikol Stambough, it is much more a true collaborative effort between Mikol and his close friends which “utilizes the resources that develop through genuine friendships.” Hence the name of the line.
Looking to address the consumer who is looking for less impact in their wardrobe, Amongst Friends is catering to make “clothes that people want to wear, not that they should wear.”
The line is currently offering a t-shirt line which uses a comfortable and sustainable cut as well as a well received New Era cap collection. Rounding off the line is a cut and sew offering which heavily influenced by golf wear. With this offering Amongst Friends is looking to provide a happy medium between “prep and street.”

Black Rainbow from Paris will finally be launching their online store. Today between 10am and 12pm the store will go online and offer their entire product catalogue online.

We have already reported several times about Dreamteam Clothing from Germany. The European market has still not established a strong base of streetwear brands, with most people looking at the US and Asia. Slowly we are seeing some changes and Dreamteam is at the forefront of the movement.
Based in Duesseldorf Germany, the creatives behind the brand have made a strong name for themselves in the design sector and now translated that into their own clothing line. The first collection by the brand consists of t-shirts, hoodies, as well as 5-panel caps. The entire collection is cut & sew and of superior quality, just like we are used from most European brands, even at an early stage.

Dreamteam will be showing their collection at Bread & Butter Barcelona, Bright Frankfurt as well as in Düsseldorf at the tradeshows.

Just recently we reported about the comeback of the iconic streetwear brand Alphanumeric. Univ is the first shop in the world to carry some products of their first new collection.
