Stussy presents another boot collaboration this season. Together with Danner they worked on the Mountain Ridge Mid. A nice casual boot, it comes in a brown suede colorway with brown leather ankle support, red laces and off white outer sole. A release is scheduled for January 7th, 2012.

We’ve been seeing more Year of the Dragon Chinese Zodiac product pop up in the news, most recently with this New Balance pack, but this time around here with Stussy. This collection features some interesting dragon graphics as well as the double ‘S’ logo reworked with the mythological creature contorting to form the letter indicative of the brand. The drop is comprised of a couple of jackets, including one made of velour and another in satin, as well as tees and dragon mesh cap. Stussy is lending a hand to Swagger, who is celebrating their 12th year in existence. The two got together on some tees in three colors as well as two very simple and handsome sunglasses and a New Era 59Fifty fitted cap. The tees come in a sky blue, white and black and bear branding from both brands, while the shades come in a very solid light brown tortoise and a sophisticated black. Stussy and NEXUSVII worked on a very solid and timeless technical jacket this season. The NEX-WCS Level 6 jacket comes with a 3-layer Gore-Tex outer shell, providing waterproof, windproof and breathable features to the jacket. The jacket comes in navy and black and will release at select retailers early 2012. (Via honeyee)

It’s been 15 years since the Stussy Harajuku chapter store opened its doors and to commemorate the occasion, Masterpiece hops on board for these anniversary tees. We see 4 different tees, but there is a dividing down the middle as to where they will be sold: tees with the green Stussy logo are being sold only at realmadHECTIC, while the ones with the pink logo will be sold at Stussy Harajuku. If you’re in the area, be sure to swing by and wish the store a happy birthday and scoop up a tee while you’re at it.

For Holiday 2011, Stussy gets together for the first time with premium Japanese leather accessories brand Ojaga Design. Known for their detailed and handmade leather products, the two linked up for a small capsule collection of leather accessories. The line-up includes wallets, keychains, iPhone cases, phone straps and more, all in the signature colorful style of the brand along with the classic ‘SS’ link Stussy branding. (Via honeyee)

Stussy is always full of surprises and ventures to places where we do not see many streetwear brands go. With their Stussy Deluxe label they present a new collaboration with premium UK leather goods maker Ettinger.

“For Winter 2011, Stussy Deluxe has partnered with inconic UK leather goods company, Ettinger, for a co-branded leather billfold wallet that fuses premium materials with street design and style. Ettinger has produced fine leather goods for over 70 years and is one of only two leather goods manufacturers to have been granted a Royal Warrant by the British Royal family. The Stussy Deluxe x Ettinger Wallet is a custom made billfold with a coin pocket and is available in three color ways: black with yellow interior, brown with red interior and tan with powder blue interior. Utilizing a unique combination of leathers to accomplish the desired color patterns was new for Ettinger. Each pocket was created by cutting individual pieces of leather and the entire wallet is assembled by hand.”

The three colorways of the wallet from this collaboration are now available from Stussy.com.

The Stussy Canada Holiday 2011 collection features a series of heritage inspired graphic tees and sweats as well as a limited run of hand knit cowichans made by Canadian Sweater Company. The collection is now available exclusively through Stussy Vancover and Stussy Toronto.

Stussy keeps up their run of constant high profile collaborations. Most interesting though, is the fact that the brand can collaborate with brands that hardly anybody in its space gets to work with. The latest one is a team up with Portland’s Pendleton Woolen Mills. Together they present a check wool shirt and the Zulu Muchacho Blanket. Both pieces will release December 17th, 2011, at Stussy stores.

Shawn Stussy has opened the doors to a new S/Double Surfboard spot in Montecito, California. The shop has a minimal aesthetic, as the place acts a showroom with photos and surfboards on display. It’s open now, so if you’re in the area, go check it out as it’s situated in the town’s lower village in the back of Richie’s barbershop.
