For Spring/Summer 2012 Neighborhood and Globe-Trotter worked on a joint-project suitcase available in three sizes. The 18-inch, 21-inch and 30-inch cases in vulcanized fibre come in black with white leather accents, a checkered lining and a NBHD “export” anchor logo. Hitting retailers in Japan this week.

Moncler seems to be working on several interesting new collaborations these days. First they teamed up with Berlin based Mykita on sunglasses and today we get a first look at their collaboration with luggage brand Rimowa on a suitcase.

While keeping the trademark aluminium case of the Rimowa suitcase, handles and the entire interior have been outfitted with the iconic Moncler nylon down fabric. Furthermore the brand’s logo has been placed on the upper of the suitcase. The suitcase is now available from the Moncler Aoyama flagship store.

Trussardi 1911 is not new to camouflage and has been using the pattern in their luggage collections for several seasons now. Now designed by Umit Benan, the Italian luxury brand presents the new embossed camouflage series for Fall/Winter 2011.

Included in the series are wallets, iPad cases, suitcases, duffle bags and tote bags. They all come in premium black leather with an embossed camouflage pattern all-over.

When it comes to collaborations, high end luggage brand Tumi, has not really put themselves out there much so far. We can only say that we appreciate it, as their product stands for itself. Nevertheless they present for Spring 2011 a collaboration with famous graffiti artist John Matos aka Crash. The luggage capsule collection is very colorful and will for sure speak to a new Tumi customer.

mastermind Japan works up a solid collaboration with Bristish Luggage imprint Globe-Trotter. Offered in 21″ and 30″ models, the Diablo case is blacked out in premium leather and mmJ’ed up with the label’s Skull & Crossbones motif – most prominently on the all-over print lining. Now in stock at Lane Crawford HK and other select retailers.

Pepsi has collaborated with G-Shock and Zero Halliburton to create the “Time Traveler Pack,” a limited-edition run of G-Shock DW-6900 CC watches and Zero Halliburton polycarbonate rollers, gifted exclusively to creative impresarios—who travel the world in pursuit of dreams, and who always need to be on time. The watch is adorned with the new Pepsi logo and encased in an aluminum case, whereas the rollers are emblazoned with three statements of positivity: “Optimism,” “Joy,” and “Good.” This collaborative pack comes on the heels of Pepsi’s recent collaborations with Gourmet and Dee and Ricky, and was also facilitated by Team Epiphany in the spirit of Pepsi’s recently-launched “Refresh Project”. The initial delivery of this pack was seeded to a short list of artists, journalists, and musicians; a retail release for these goods will be announced in the short future.

Bape got together with German suitcase maker Rimowa to collaborate on their iconic aluminum Cabin Trolley for Spring 2010. The suitcase comes in a silver and a gold colorway, both featuring tonal Bape camo patterns all-over. Look out for a release in the coming weeks.

A Bathing Ape has gotten together with qulity German luggage maker Rimowa as part of their Spring 2010 Collection. Known as the inventors of aluminium luggage, Bape produced two collaborative cabin trolleys, coming in silver and gold, both featuring an all-over Bape camouflage design on the front. Hermès is certainly better known for their high quality standard than for innovation, which makes the Orion suitcase certainly stand out from their regular collection. It will be released as part of the Spring/Summer 2010 Collection.

Today we get a closer look at the upcoming Solebox x Rimowa Cabin Trolley IATA suitcase, which seems to be part of the upcoming Solebox x Pro-Keds project. The suitcase comes in early indestructible polycarbonate, which returns to its original shape as soon as the pressure is released. Only 25 of these cases have been produced. More news on the release very soon.
