Medicom has released the Birthday Bearbrick NOIR. The 50% Bearbrick comes in 12 versions, featuring the corresponding number on the front and the eyes are made of matching black Swarovski rhinestones.

Absolut Vodka calls upon designer Philipp Plein for a limited edition bottle of Absolut 100. Decorated with Swarovski crystals, the bottle is featured in black with skull adorned tassels and imagery. Limited to 100 pieces. (vodka&co)

As we’ve seen, visvim participated in Swarovski’s “CRYSTALLIZED Meets 12 Tokyo Brands” exhibition. So far, we’ve had peeks at the Maliseet Elk-Folk and some apparel and accessories, and now we have a look at the CRYSTALLIZED Skagway. The sneaker was customized with two-tone Swarovski crystal stripes across the tongue, in three different color ups. Still no word on whether or not these will see a retail release.

10 Corso Como has released a series of Zodiac T-Shirts. Whatever your sign, there’s a corresponding white cotton tee embroidered with Swarovski stones available at 10CC.

As part of their CRYSTALLIZED project, Swarovski worked with 12 Tokyo brands (3.1 phillip lim, Bedwin & The Heartbreakers, Casely-Haford, CICATA, Inpaichthys kerri, John Lawrence Sullivan, Kitsune, Sabatino, SOE, ts(s)) on special product collaboration. The line-up is rather impressive. Today we get a first detailed look at their work with visvim. Together they worked on footwear and on clothing, of course all decorated with Swarovski rhinestones. In terms of footwear they present the Maliseet Elk-Folk and the Skagway. Furthermore the capsule collection consists of denim jackets, pants, t-shirts, belts and more. So far there is no word, whether the collaboration will actually be released.

Today we give you a detailed look at our favorite items from the new Swarovski x colette capsule collection. The Parisian store once again did an excellent job curating a great line-up of product for the pop-up store. Included in the line-up are adidas J Wings Sneakers by Jeremy Scott, a 400% Bearbrick by Medicom and a skull sculpture by Fabien Baron. Unfortunately these pieces do not come cheap – the sneaker goes for 2′500 Euros, the skull for 1′000 Euros and the Bearbrick for 15′000 Euros.

From December 7th colette will be hosting the Swarovski White Crystal Christmas. A wide range of figurines, artist collaborations, fashion items and more, all incorporating Swarovski stones will be on display and for sale. Furthermore colette also chose some items to be crystallized, including the adidas Originals by Originals Jeremy Scott Wings Sneaker and the Medicom 400% Bearbrick, amongst many others. Something to look out for!

Swarovski has been working with lots of fashion brands over the years, but obviously most of the time womens collections made use of the stones from the brand. That seems to be changing now.

“The Austrian company’s components brand Crystallized-Swarovski Elements has linked up with a group of Japanese and international designers to put together a collection of men’s apparel incorporating Swarovski crystal and synthetic gemstones. Items include a leather jacket, a denim shirt, moccasin-style shoes and a slew of dazzling shirts and jackets for evening.

Swarovski linked up with influential fashion editor and stylist Tomoki Sukezane to stage the exhibition. Under his guidance, each designer or brand came up with its own take on the dinner jacket and dress shirt plus a few more pieces of their choosing. The participating designers include Masaya Kuroki and Gildas Loaec of Kitsune; Arashi Yanagawa of John Lawrence Sullivan; Hiroki Nakamura of Visvim; Joe-Casely Hayford, and Phillip Lim.”

The Lanvin high top sneakers and visvim pieces of the collection are very interesting and especially visvim is somewhat unexpected to be working as part of the project, at least in our mind.

This re-edition of a 1920’s trunk got entirely covered in Swarovski rhinestones. Limited to 30 pieces worldwide, Colette is among the few to carry it!

Sophnet has today launched a special website, commemorating their 10th anniversary.On the website they will also be presenting step by step special product coming out for the occasion. The first one that we see is the Sophnet x Wired h watch.

The watch comes in two colorways and features Swarovski stones on the bezel of the black colorway and diamonds on the bezel of the white colorway.
