For Holiday 2011 Happy Socks has teamed up with Terry Richardson for their campaign. Terry Richardson gathered a crew of New York’s coolest to shoot under happy conditions. Stylist and fashion editor Mel Ottenberg and designer Adam Selman created a series of looks based on Happy Socks’ Chapter #FOUR collection, turning Happy Socks into pants, sweaters, tops, even bunny ears and a bow tie to reflect the personality of each subject. Creative Director Jen Brill brought her impeccable sensibility and vision to the project.

The campaign features a Who’s Who of up and coming talent, personally selected by Richardson and Brill. The line-up includes ASAP Rocky, Sky Ferreira, Ashley Smith, Action Bronson, Camille Rowe, Braydon Szafranski, Physical Therapy, Maluca Mala and Mykki Blanco. The outcoming campaign is fun and the mix of people and added illustrations turn it into a well rounded and interesting series of lookbook images.

Yeah, it is a little confusing. A couple of days ago we reported about the shoot by Terry Richardson for Candy Magazine Issue 3. The cover star is none other than Chloe Sevigny dressed up and acting as Terry Richardson himself. Now the photographer delivers some more images from the shoot, as well as a video, in which the two Terrys kiss.

Once again Terry Richardson is at it and this time shoots Odd Future head Tyler The Creator and his crew for VMan. Next to a couple of ‘Tyler As Me’ photos, the photographer also presents a short video, that you can see here below.

Luis Venegas’ trans-fashion magazine, Candy, is back for their third installment with a pretty eye-catching cover featuring Chloe Sevigny under the guise of Terry Richardson, shot by none other than Terry himself. This 386-page issue will be available soon at Opening Ceremony, so if you’ve been looking for some new coffee table material, here’s a good option. They go fast, so pre-order might be your best bet to procure a copy.

Terry Richardson produced a nice photo spread for French Vogue’s November 2011 issue. Featuring model Natasha Poly, we really like the big contrast between her styling and looks and the locations of the shoot. Oldschool street murals, jewelry stores and interesting characters are a great backdrop for the otherwise clean and very elegant looks of the model.

After MTV has just announced a couple of months ago the return of the show, Rocco Castoro talks to the animator, writer and director in-depths about the show. Today we bring you a recap of the ‘Protagonist’ exhibition by artist Craig Redman, best known for his Darcel character, at SlamJam Milan. The artist presented a series of portraits in his usual colorful modern graphical style. On show were some prominent faces, including Kanye West, Woody Allen, the Pope, Terry Richardson, Lady Gaga, Takashi Murakami, LeBron James and others.

On September 30th, 2011, Terry Richardson opened his exhibition for the launch of his new book ‘Mom & Dad’ at colette in Paris. With Paris Fashion Week going on at the same time, you can imagine that the event was packed with designers, models and celebrities. Lindsey Wixson, Carine Roitfeld, Anna Dello Russo, Olympia Le-Tan, Renzo Rosso, Giuseppe Zianotti, Jeremy Scott, Nadege Winter, So Me and many others attended the opening event at the Parisian concept store. For the occasion colette also opened a Terry Pop-Up store, carrying among other things a collaborative Diesel t-shirt collection and Terry G-Shock Watches.

The exhibition will be on at colette until November 5th, 2011.

Coinciding with the launch of his new book and his exhibition, Terry Richardson has worked on a series of interesting collaborative items that are in stock at the Terry Pop-up Store inside colette. We already presented the G-Shock collaboration watches the other day.

Here we take a look now at his t-shirt series with Diesel. The usual tongue in cheek humor that we are used to see from the artist, is also applied to the tee collection.

For the release of his new book ‘Mom & Dad’, as well as the accompanying exhibition that is hosted at Parisian store colette, photographer Terry Richardson produced with colette and Casio a set of Baby-G watches. Coming nicely packaged, the watches feature all-over tartan check patterns. The watches will be released soon and will be priced at 250 Euros.
