For their most recent tradeshow dates Agenda created collaborative caps with a number of prominent brands. For the showing in Huntington Beach this week, they worked with Stussy, The Berrics, Us Vs Them and Rebel8. In the early 90’s a dozen companies, armed with very little money, a lot of hard work and a refusal to fail, rose from the ashes of the recession to become the established brands you know today. Now, in the greatest economic hardship our planet has seen since The Great Depression, it seems history is repeating itself. Trajectory can be described as the curve or path of a projectile moving through air or space. When starting a brand one can only hope that that trajectory is up. This new section on The Berrics has as its sole purpose to introduce to you people who had the courage to throw caution in the wind and not be afraid to have it blow back and hit them square in the teeth. There’s no one better I could think of to start this new series out than Keith Hufnagel and his brand HUF. Enjoy. — sb

After a first preview from Agenda Huntington Beach, we can now give you a more detailed look at the Unified Frogskins, a collaboration between Eric Koston, The Berrics and Oakley.

“Eric Koston worked with Oakley on a second signature Frogskin, this time bringing skate empire The Berrics Unified into the fold. The frames are done in a gold fade with Koston detailing on the inside of the arms. As with all Oakley releases a matching softcase comes packaged with the shades.”

WeSC offers a look into their new 2010 Activist Headphone Collection. Activists spanning from DJ/producer Stretch Bongo, The Berrics skate park, Baltimore-bass man Pase Rock, Italian production duo Crookers, and artist Matthew Weinstein were each treated to their own signature pair of Bongo headphones. Several nice looks can be found in stores now.

WeSC continues to work with interesting collaborators on their headphone collection – next up is The Berrics for Spring 2010. Founded by Steve Berra and Eric Koston, The Berrics is a skate park in Los Angeles and a cult in its own right within the skate world. The Berrics phones are suitably enigmatic – a punchy black design with orange wiring and white, distressed accents that evoke a truck-scuffed surface.
