The talented Harlem-lyricist Azealia Banks is currently gracing the cover of the latest magazine from The Hundreds, so TH has decided to share a few images from the shoot. Shot by photographer Brooke Nipar, Banks sat down with the guys for an interview in which she shares some insight into her career and life. The magazine is now available at The Hundreds.

The Hundreds have unveiled their Spring 2012 lookbook, and here is a look at the the Los Angeles-based brand came up with. Thanks to photographer, Seth Fluker, TH was able to put together a very well photographed showcasing of the collection. It’s a more grown up and subdued range with a lot of highly wearable pieces including button down shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, shorts and pants. Although many feel they have outgrown the brand’s more youthful styles, this collection definitely has some appeal to the more discerning streetwear consumer.

The Hundreds presents their latest shoe to enter their footwear collection. After having worked on the new Hoya sneaker for almost 2 years they decided to do something special for the release. They present two colorways of the sneaker, one designed by Bobby, the other one by Ben Hundreds, but they do not say who designed which one of the two.

Now you can vote on their Facebook Page for one of the two designs and the person’s shoe with the least amount of votes has to wear the other’s face on a t-shirt for an entire week. Fun idea for sure.

After 26 years of existence, The Garbage Pail Kids have finally jumped into the wacky world of collaborations. The Hundreds, whose love for the 80’s is well documented throughout their apparel, are the first to work with the iconic characters who debuted back in 1985. The collection consists of some Adam Bomb crewnecks, tees and snapbacks, TH x GPK key chains, and 4 tees featuring the key members of The Hundreds in Garbage Pail Kid form. The collection is available on Thursday, December 15, at The Hundreds Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Santa Monica flagship locations, as well as online and authorized retailers.

The Hundreds have scored some really big collaborations as far as working with notable artists go. This time around, TH works with Ron English on a capsule collection consisting of 3 different graphics and 9 tees total. The 3 graphic tees, ‘Rabbit’, ‘Cowgirl’, and ‘Smiley’ will be available this week at all TH flagship locations. Also, for those in Southern California, English will be appearing at the TH Santa Monica location on Sunday, November 20 from 1-2pm to sign autographs.

Bobby Hundreds tells us all about the latest season of The Hundreds Public Label (which has undergone a re-working of the pricing structure) and gives us an exclusive first peek into their Fall/Winter 2011 collection which is out at The Hundreds stores this Friday.

What are the main differences between The Hundreds mainline and TH Public Label?

The Hundreds Public Label was introduced in 2006 as a distinct offering from the traditional The Hundreds range. We wanted to exhibit a design-direct menswear line that was minimal on heavy branding and graphic placement, with more attention to quality fabrications, production details, and tight numbers.

The point is to give our more fashion-forward supporters, the ones who dress appropriately along modern menswear trends, something beyond traditional Streetwear: unique pieces that are produced in very low quantities.

Plus, we conceptualize and design The Hundreds’ range about a year-and-a-half in advance of retail delivery. So even though we’re doing our best to originate and innovate, by the time a lot our clothing hits the floor, it’s old to us and much of the aforementioned knowledgable customer.

Public Label is conceptualized and designed about 6 months in advance and we can do this because we don’t wholesale the line. We cut out the year-long sales and marketing push and go direct to our retail shops. Basically, Public Label is a more reliable indicator of what we’re currently feeling on the design side, and a foreshadowing segue into the following year’s line.

The Hundreds will be releasing their “Team” hats and beanies this coming Thursday at TH flagship stores. The snap-back caps will be available at all store locations, but the beanies on the other hand will not, but for good reason. Each colorway of beanies were designed to correspond with sports teams from each TH store location’s region. The San Francisco location will be offering a black/orange; the Los Angeles shop will be going with a black/grey; Santa Monica will see a familiar yellow; and New York will be represented with a navy/grey. They will be available in limited quantities, so act quick.
