Thunderdog Darth Vader Helmet for The Vader Project

Thunderdog shows off their contribution to The Vader Project. “For this project Tristan collaborated with Thunderdog regular AZK ONE and hand crafted a Darth Vader helmet reminiscent of war on earth, past future and present. We love it, but it is really, really creepy! The exhibition features custom Darth Vader helmets by artists and brands all over the world, including BountyHunter, Usugrow, Devilrobots, Tim Biskup, Mr. Cartoon, Mike Giant and many more.”

On Thursday night the Billy Bananas Show opens its doors at Jonathan Levine Gallery. The artist does not only present new paintings and prints, he will also release his new toy – Billy Bananas.

The 5 toys are all limited to 150 pieces or less and are accompanied by a colorful series of paintings on metal and hand weathered prints depicting the back story of Billy Bananas, the ultimate ‘Anti-Mickey Mouse’. The most exciting of all, is the debut of the 3 foot, resin Billy Bananas sculpture and a rare video installation by animation experts Interspectacular. One toy comes as a Clutter Magazine exclusive and another one as a Thunderdog Studios exclusive.

Make sure to pass by the opening on Thursday and now check out the toys in more detail after the jump.
