Goodhood presents its 7th collaborative collection with R. Newbold for Fall/Winter 2011. The new line offers a nice selection of sweaters, shirts, jackets, as well as accessories, including ties, backpacks and fur lined sneakers. As usual you get a nice mix of classics and more eye catching patterns.

“Our long term collaboration with R. Newbold reaches its 7th collection. A galaxy print and can be found on a number of items including a basic backpack and an iconic pair of chuck lows with this seasons choice footwear detail – fur lining. Other items of interest include a tie based on the classic Royal Marines Regiment tie tweaked to feature lightning bolts instead of stripes. Jacquard chambray shirts featuring lightning bolts and military chinos with engineered star prints. One of the highlights for for us was being able to design the iconic chuck’s. The black suede pair with an embossed star print lend themselves particularly to our tastes. The off white fur lining, the lightning bolt bumper print and the heel patch message all combine to create a great piece of footwear.”

After the footwear, we take a look at the upcoming Spring/Summer 2012 accessories by Lanvin. Next to some more classic leather goods, we especially like the wooden jewelry pieces in the new collection, some of the mixed material bags and of course the mid size leather goods. As usual Lanvin finds a way to do things differently, both in terms of colors and materials.

Maiden Noir gets together with Japanese retailer Stadium on the Camo Pack. The pack includes a camouflage tie, bandana and matching gym bag, as well as a button down oxford shirt with matching camo details on the placket, cuff lining and the back of the collar. Along with the pack, the retailer also offers a mix CD by DJ Greasy.

We already reported on the uniform experiment x Keith Haring Capsule Collection for Fall/Winter 2011. Today we take a more detailed look at the accessories range from this collaboration. In true Haring style, the range is colorful, especially for UE standards. It consists of a tote bag, necklace, bow tie, scarves and ties. We especially like the tote bag, which reminds us of the classic Goyard shopper.

Acapulco Gold have produced a Regimental Stripe Crackle Tie that oozes style and attitude. The tie comes in two colors, red and black, which are inspired from the classic Air Jordan III crackle pattern and traditional regimental striped collegiate ties, putting a great spin on a classic silk tie. They’ll be available soon in limited quantities and unlike the Jordan IIIs, they won’t be reissued.

Today we get a nice overview of the accessories of the new visvim Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. From ties, bow ties, beanies, scarves, gloves, to hats, belts and caps, the Japanese brand offers a wide array of accessories for the cold months of the year. As usual visvim makes sure to offer something special with a lot of attention to detail. The natural indigo dyed pieces are among the most impressive this season.

Under the Ubuntu collection, The Inoue Brothers present a series of accessories. Mostly handmade with beads, the line consists of belts, ties, brooches and keychains. Most pieces come in several colorways. The attention to detail and overall refreshing and colorful style, make the series a favorite of ours to upgrade an otherwise simple summer outfit.

New York City neckwear label The Hillside presents an 8 oz, camouflage pigment print canvas necktie. The tie has been washed once to soften the Japanese fabric and measures 55″ long x 2″ wide. Hickorees has stock in this New York City-made product. Woodland camo will never die!

New product from the Thom Browne Spring/Summer 2011 Collection has been released this week. Surrender (storeguide) in Singapore did a good job in choosing some of the more affordable items of the line, including polo shirts, sweat shorts, shirts, as well as accessories, such as ties.
