We present the heritage inspired Timex Originals T-Series Chrono Watch in a nice black/black colorway. Crew  worked with Timex once again on a new white-faced version of their popular military watch. “Based on an iconic 1940s military style from the Timex archives (and only available here), we gave it a new, subtly distressed off-white dial face, Arabic numerals and an olive-toned watch strap. Known for their collaborations, XLarge gets together as part of their Spring/Summer 2010 Collection with Timex. The two brands collaborated on the classic Camper watch. It comes in a black and a military green colorway, both featuring canvas straps and red or blue dials with subtle logo placements. The watches will be released on April 23rd.

Braitone teamed with Timex on a custom version of one of their traditional Indiglo watches. Working with a deep brown leather, Braitone doubled up the length for an interesting wrap around look. The band is further accented with embossed stars and logowork. The casing is done in all black with white hands and oversized numerals on the face. Available for purchase from Cueve. (Zozo..)

Timex unveils their new Lap Brights collection. The new range of Ironman digital wristwatches spans six colorways: Arctic White, Sunshine Yellow, Sky Blue, Apple Green, Powerful Pink and Volatile Violet. On the tech side, the Ironman 30-Lap Brights watches meet Shock-Resistant ISO Standards and features 30-lap memory, 100-hour chronograph with lap and split options, on-the-fly lap recall, and an easy to use countdown timer. Also includes a customisable alarm, 2 time zone settings, and water resistance down to 200m. Hits shop for March 2010.

Artist Joseph Aloi — also known as JK5 —teamed with Timex on a limited release watch for Barney’s Co-Op. Working within the confines of a small, octagonal face JK5 fluidly adorned the timepiece with symmetrical linework and vibrant color choices. Though fairly cryptic, the glyph-like etchings read “JK5″ and “Barneys,” horizontally across the top. Turned sideways the watch face reads, “Illuminate,” and the numbers one to nine. On the bottom it says, “Love, Light, Create.” The functional labeling (i.e. “start”) is slightly clearer in a contrasting color. Available this Holiday, exclusively at Barney’s Co-Op.

Timex 80 presents the Jumbo model — the brands’ classic 80s digital watch in a new large format. A “universe” of colors are available with names inspired by the planets: Blue Neptune, Brown Jupiter, Green Earth, Pink Venus, Red Mars and Red Mercury. The last one (the red/black watch above) is a limited edition of 500 pieces, only available in the most exclusive boutiques around the world. The industry leading technical details featured on all Timex 80 watches remain the same, with chronometer, date, alarm, water resistant case, and backlit Indiglo display. Timex 80 is now available at stores such as Selfridges, colette and Barneys.

Timex came back last year and re-introduced their most classic timepiece in fresh up-to-date colors. For Spring 2009 they will be releasing 7 new colorways of the digital watch. They used a lot of strong colors and pastelle combinations in the line-up, almost as of they wanted to offer you the right decoration for easter.

Anyways, the new Timex Spring 2009 collection will become available at colette in the near future.

G-Shock has been going strong again these past months, of course also due to their line-up of high profile collaborations. Timex has reintroduced their 80 model a couple of months ago as well. The classic has been well received and the up to date colors work well.

For Christmas they keep is simple. The Timex 80 Christmas Pack consists of three colorways – white, black and bordeaux. All three come with a shiny upper and stretchable band. Via Sarah.

In recent months with the G-Shock 25th anniversary celebration we have seen the rise of digital watches again. Timex has recently also started releasing some of their classic again in new colorways.
