Not only a prominent skater in the days of the Bones Brigade, but also a respected musician, Tommy Guerrero has worked with Levi’s on a couple of pieces. Here we can present you the denim and matching shirt from the capsule collection, both incorporating Mexican inspired fabrics. Up on release there will be more pieces to show you.

Huf recruited five professional skateboard legends, who are also talented artists, to create a summer skateboard series. Lance Mountain, Nata Kaupas, Tommy Guerrero, Steve Olson and Mark Gonzales were each given carte blanche (the only parameters given were that the artwork be in black and white) to create their own Huf deck, right down to the shape. Decks were produced in limited runs of 100 to 150, with each board being hand-screened, laser numbered and laser signed. A matching t-shirt featuring all five signatures was also released. Available now in-store at Huf.

We announced the new Arkitip No. 47 "Tommy Guerrero" issue a while back. Here now all the details on the new issue, which once again can only impress.
"This issue edition will serve as a virtual scrap book; a sentimental gathering of images from past and present. We were lucky enough to be granted access to Tommy’s vault of uncommon memorabilia, private photographs, and to be able to share it with you. It also includes many essays from friends and peers that he has met along the way. We welcome you to take a look back at the images and rare ephemera that surrounded Tommy’s early career as a member of the Bones Brigade and pro skateboarder as well as his current life as a popular musician.

It will be the first time Arkitip has turned the entire issue edition over to one artist. While we can’t feature Tommy’s musical artistry on the printed page, we are offering it as the collector’s item for this issue in the form of a 7 In. of new recordings, produced exclusively for Arkitip and packaged with each issue edition.

Arkitip gives us a first teaser of their upcoming July ‘08 issue. They worked with Tommy Guerrero on a music issue. More info is not available for the moment, but we’ll keep you posted!

This is exciting news, Supreme will be releasing another Magazine for their Autumn/Winter 2007 collection. All photography in the magazine by Terry Richardson, also you can expect feature interviews with artists Vincent Gallo, Takashi Murakami, Mr. and Bad Brains. It will be available the 29th of October at Supreme Japan locations. NY and LA stores will have the magazine available only on the 1rst of November.
