For the 10th anniversary of Caol Uno’s brand UCS, they teamed up with fragment design and G-Shock on the classic DW-5600 watch. They kept it really clean, keeping the case and strap in black, while choosing an all white dial, featuring a small fragment design ‘blitz’ logo. The watch releases December 2011.

It was very calm these past couple of seasons around the clothing brand of Japanese mixed martial artist Caol Uno, UCS. But for Fall/Winter 2011 they are back and present once again a solid offering.

From peacoats to caps, shoes, messenger bags to a nice and tight range of shirts and knitwear, the new collection is not very big, but certainly features some highlights. We like the addition of the bright orange pieces, which are definitely the highlights of the collection. Also the messenger bags, which look classic, yet feature all the latest functionality, came out really nice.

UCS, the lifestyle brand by mixed martial artist Caol Uno, is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Yokohama flagship store. For the occasion the brand produced some solid collaborative items.

Included in the 10th anniversary range are a re-release of Undercover collaboration t-shirts (originally released in 2005), Porter travel organizer and tote bag together with Lower Case and rug mats with Gallery 1950. The products will be released at the Yokohama store mid September 2011.

An interesting new shoe has released from the UCS Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. The Center Seam Mouton Boots come in a brown and a black version, both utilizing different premium leathers on the upper and featuring a fur lining. We like the native and somewhat original look of the shoes. They are now available from Cueve.

Here’s another great Fall/Winter 2010 piece from Japanese label UCS. The “Waffle Bonded Melton” Duffle Coat features a brushed waffle-like melton wool bonded to light-white sleeves with matching with front toggles. The jacket comes in two colors and drops mid-November at select accounts such as Cueve.

UCS did not only work with Quoddy, but continues to collaborate with Porter on bags. For Fall/Winter 2010 they present the Ultimate Multi Storage Day Bag, a beautiful multifunctional mid size backpack with added pockets on the shoulder straps. The backpack comes in light grey and in black and is coming out soon at Cueve.

Japanese brand UCS has collaborated with Quoddy on a beautiful pair of Trail Moccasin Deck Boots, as part of their Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. The high rise boots come in navy and light grey suede colorways, both featuring a white Vibram outer sole. The boots are soon available at Cueve.

The 4th part of the Stussy 30th Anniversary XXX T-Shirt series will be released soon. We can preview the collaborators today, which this time include artist Futura, Huf, Masterpiece, UCS and also Hello Kitty. The t-shirts will come to Stussy stores on July 3rd.

UCS presents their new Spring/Summer 2010 Collection. The new line incorporates lots of plaid patterns and presents both classic pieces and technically superior garments. Aside from red and green plaids, the line also uses a lot of strong yellow this season. Overall a solid looking collection with some beautiful garments in the mix.

UCS presents as part of their Spring/Summer 2010 Collection a Slip-On Deck Shoe. The shoe does not only come without laces and an elastic slip-on system, but the colors are also a little special – they offer the deck shoe in bright yellow and in metallic silver. We are not sure about the silver, but we definitely feel the yellow for Summer. The shoes will be available at Cueve from January 18th.
