Following the uniqlo undercover UU lookbook, we can now give you a closer look at the products from the line. From Selectism – “March 16, 2012 sees the delivery of the first collaborative collection from UNIQLO and Undercover, two very well known Japanese labels that come together for a family style affair, as seen in their lookbook. We take a look at the individual garments in the collection that vary from styles leather jackets, plaid shirts, to straight leg casual trousers. This is a very different collection from the previous UNIQLO work with +J. From Undercover’s side, this collection is simply nothing like their work with Nike on Gyakusou.”

After the initial announcement we can finally give you a first look at the upcoming collaboration between Undercover and Uniqlo. Together the two Japanese brands have worked on a Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. Coming to stores on March 16th, 2012, Jun Takahashi of Undercover has worked on both mens and womens collections as part of the collaboration, offering his signature style and colors, yet all much more affordable than we are used to see from the designer.

The Undercover backpacks are always great and the new ones for Spring/Summer 2012 have just released. The large size backpack has a simple and clean appearance with a logo metal plate placed on the front. It comes in two colorways and is now available from Zozo.

From the new Undercover Spring/Summer 2012 Collection we present the ‘Fuck The Past, Fuck The Future’ lace-up shoes. Overall a rather simple and classic leather lace-up, the Japanese brand infuses their own personal twist with embroideries on the upper. The shoes come in black and dark navy and are now available from Undercover.

Japanese designer Jun Takahashi previews a few new Spring/Summer 2012 releases from his much-celebrated label Undercover. Reworked apparel is the main theme here with jackets that blend, military, biker and sportswear looks and a range of abstract, patchwork graphic tees and sweats. The military-jacket-with-biker-sleeves series is a standout. Available Saturday January 21 at Undercover Sendai and Undercover Aoyama.

Undercover presents their new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection with this new video entitled ‘Offstrings’. A dark mood throughout the image film, is a perfectly fitting environment for the Japanese brand. Check it out here below.

Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke is featured on the cover of the latest issue of Japanese magazine HUGE. For their ‘Walkin’ in Hyde Park’ spread, the singer and songwriter was wearing the latest Undercover collection by Jun Takahashi. We like the mood of the spread and the very natural and unpretentious nature.

Similar to their collaboration with artist Kaws, Undercover presents a plush toy version of their trademark Teddy Bear. Coming in overall 5 color variations, the plush toy teddy bear is now in stock at Undercover stores.

With the release coming up tomorrow, we get a more detailed look at the Undercover x Nike Tennis Classic ‘Teddy Bear’ Pack. We had already previewed the three colorways earlier. The premium leather versions of the Tennis Classic low top sneaker feature the trademark teddy bear graphic by Jun Takahashi embroidered on the heel. The designer’s name is featured on the in-sole.

Well, here is something interesting. It looks like Undercover teamed up with Nike. Presented are three colorways of the Nike Tennis Classic, featuring leather uppers, a perforated Swoosh and the iconic Undercover teddy bear has been embroidered on the heel. According to Jun Takahashi, these will release on December 17th, 2011.
