Japanese brand Unused presents its new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection and as usual they manage to surprise us. Going for an oversized layered look this season, the brand chose a great range of colors – at times bright and sometimes very subtle. We especially like the oversized shirts and shorts, as well as pants. Matched with the hats and layered t-shirts, these make for some great outfits.

Two solid looking caps come from a collaboration between Japanese brand Unused and New Era for Fall/Winter 2011. The caps feature a wool felt upper with no further distractions, resulting in a great premium look. Also the choice of grey and beige colorways add to the premium appeal of the collaboration. The caps will release October 2011 at Zozograndh.

We present the new Spring/Summer 2011 Collection by Japanese brand Unused. As usual the brand manages to find a very interesting model to showcase the line and offers in the collection a wide array of interesting items, well layered and matched to offer a unique look.

Unused worked with Loake on a classic tassle loafer. Made in England using a traditional Goodyear welted leather sole and a rich camel leather upper. If you can pull of this look, they’re available for pre-order from Noa’s Ark in Japan.

Earlier this week Japanese label Unused released a great cotton baseball jacket. Part of the label’s SS’10 collection, the jacket is featured in beige with subtle white accents via cuff striping. Available at anoutcommune Meta.

Japanese brand Unused presents their Spring 2010 Collection. Last season the line was modeled by older men, this season they decided to go with girls. The collection is easy to wear and very complete, offering everything from pants, tops, denim to accessories in mostly light and washed out colors.

A solid new Ear Flap Cap has been released from Unused. The cap comes in beige, navy and black and features a warm fur lining. We like the fact that they kept it simple with the cap. The result is super clean and a perfect addition to a winter outfit. The cap is now available at Anoutcommune Meta.

Japanese brand Unused worked with English shoe maker Sanders on some Wingtip Shoes. The outcome is an interesting suede/leather upper, with the lacing standing out the most. Also the shoe features a rubber outdoor sole. It is now available from Anoutcommune Meta.

Japan’s Unused got together with Wisconsin-based Russell Moccassin on two styles of the laceless Knock About Boot. Coming in as part of Unused’s Fall/Winter 2009 collection, the boot is made up of beige/tan suede and is available either with or without a sheep skin lining. Now in stock at Noa’s Ark. As with all these Japanese retailers, a proxy is recommended.
