Yesterday we presented you the first part of the Vans Vault Fall 2008 collection, which consisted of a very solid set of shoes, coming in quality material, subtle colors and with interesting details.
Today we take a look at the second part of the Vans Vault Fall ‘08 collection, where the brand worked with some collaborators. Vans worked with Moon Equipped and Niagara on this part of the collection and thus it also gets a lot more colorful than in the first part. Moon Equipped is a custom cycle shop. Niagara is a painter and also founder of the punk band “Destroy All Monsters”. She has exhibits all around the globe and also designed her own clothing line together with Hysteric Glamour. We give you a first look at the Vans Vault Fall 2008 collection. The new collection looks better than anything we have seen in recent years. Solid colorways, premium materials and they are not going crazy with colors this time, which is also nice to see. Oestrich, pony hair and exotic leathers found their way into the line. Also Vans added again the Full Cab and a nice boat shoe to the line. They also experimented with the soles, adding an AF1/Dunk sole to some of their classics, which changes the look significantly. The Sk8 Hi comes in a camo and a khaki make-over with safari pockets, also interesting. Pics via Fresh Azimiz.

Here you see the newest Paisley Skull Slip-Ons by Vans. They come in three colorways and feature the Paisley Skull pattern all-over. The paisley pattern has often made its way onto Vans, here now in a new variation, while still being classic. These are now available at Ripe.

Most sneaker companies have a couple of releases prepared for each holiday. But Vans did it different this time. They offer an entire range of sneakers for St. Patrick’s Day. The good thing is that they are not all covered in four-leaf clovers, and mostly only adapt the theme with its colors.

The Vans Mountain Edition sneakers were much anticipated and finally dropped. In4mation now got them in in three colorways, both low and high. There are two checker designs, a Vans classic – black/blue and black/grey. The third one comes in an all black colorway.

This Spring season Vans introduces their new Johnny Layton collection. Instead of giving the professional skateboarder only his own signature shoe, he received right along his own signature apparel line.
Dropping in stores over the next couple of weeks, the collection consists of hoodies, t-shirts, denim, chinos, beanies, New Era caps, belts and of course the A. J-Lay signature shoe, which comes in several tie dye and solid colorways.

Caliroots has received some new pieces of the Vans Spring 2008 collection. Most interesting in this drop is the Old Skool Lo Cracked Metallic pack, consisting of a gold and silver colorway. They also got in a multicolored Old Skool Lo, in terms of design much like the special edition that Vans dropped on the Japanese market a couple of months ago.

We give you a preview of the Vans Syndicate 007 Spring 2008 range. Besides the Pendleton Pack that we presented to you already earlier on, there is another pack in this collection, which consists of two slip-ons and a Half Cab. It comes in an interesting black/beige colorway with each shoe featuring graphics on the upper. Also the way the upper flows into the front part of the sole is very interesting.
Just like in previous seasons, Vans Syndicate explores the influence of Latino culture on the southern California skating scene, that is no different in this line-up.

This month Vans will be releasing a collaboration with the Germs on their slip-on. Along with the release of the shoe, GRN Appletree designed a t-shirt, celebrating one of the most famous albums by the band.
The t-shirt comes in two colorways and will be released in the GRN Appletree store. In order to be able to purchase it, you need a code, that is only given to the GRN Appletree Myspace friends. Link them up on Myspace in order to get your code.
