We were actually not sure wether or not the collaboration between Moncler and visvim, Moncler V, was an on-going collection or just a one hit wonder. Well, today seems to bring the answer, as first pieces of the new Moncler Fall/Winter 2011 range have been released.

Next to two beanies, some knitted gloves and the Mountain Crewneck have released, all now available from End.

Ever since the visvim Hockney released it has instantly become our favorite shoe from the Japanese brand. A little more sophisticated in terms of looks than the FBT, yet still very easy to wear. We really liked it with the old chunky sole, and the newer and thinner Folk outer sole just made the shoe perfect.

In its latest version, visvim presents the Hockney-Folk with a Kudu leather upper and of course the usual other features, including the cork footbed and the moccasin footwrap construction. Union Los Angeles (storeguide) has the shoe in stock now in both navy and black.

visvim has released their low top Foley Folk tennis sneaker this week. It comes with a premium French cowhide upper, natural cork footbed and midsole, as well as a naked finished cow leather lining. The sneaker comes in black, burgundy, dark brown and navy.

One of our favorite visvim shoes returns for Summer 2011 – the Patrician WT-Folk. This time the Japanese brand gave the brogues a premium French cowhide upper and presents it in clean black and brown colorways, with a red outer sole.

The workboot-inspired visvim Virgil appears this week in premium waxed-kudu leather. Overall four colorways are offered, each of which features hand-stitched uppers with a contrast TPU heel counter and a Vibram outsole. These are unlined, with a natural cork footbed. And as with most visvim models, socks are optional, but frowned upon.

visvim has released a new series of Lamina backpacks from their Spring/Summer 2011 Collection. The line-up includes the 22L Kudu and the 23L Kudu silhouettes, one being more technical and the other one being more your every day companion. Both come in a series of tonal colorways, featuring Kudu leather accents.

visvim presents a new version of the Hockney-Folk for Spring/Summer 2011. The shoe comes this time with a waxed premium kudu hide upper, natural cork footbed and a moccasin footwrap construction. Overall the shoe comes in 4 colorways and is now available through their website.

In an interesting project, The Fusion Project, Goldwin Japan has put together visvim, mastermind JAPAN and White Mountaineering with Gore-Tex to product some technical jackets, using the advanced fabrics of the brand. All three are not new to this particular market and especially visvim and White Mountaineering are well known for producing some of the best Gore-Tex jackets in the market. The White Mountaineering jackets will release June 26th and the other two collaborations follow on July 2nd.

Today visvim has released a Horween leather version of its popular Serra hiking boots. The boots feature an oiled cowhide upper, natural cowhide lining, EVA mid-sole and rugged outer sole. They come in overall 4 colorways, each featuring contrasting color laces and are available now.

visvim releases their Foley-Folk low top sneaker this week, exclusively at their F.I.L. flagship stores. The sneaker comes in white leather and features refreshing light green accents on the tongue and the heel. Most likely it will drop in other colorways as well this season.
