Last week the new exhibition”One Size Fits All” opened its doors in Milan during Fashion Week. Envisioned and organized by former graffiti artist Ivano Atzori aka Dumbo, he brought together some of the world’s most recognized fashion designers and fashion houses to each design a mask for the exhibition. The inspiration of the project comes from Ivano’s days as a graffiti writer. The mask was his main tool to ensure his anonymity. Thus he asked Haider Ackermann, Vivienne Westwood, Missoni, Alessandro Dell’Aqua of N.21, Neil Barrett, Raf Simons, Ennio Capasa, Riccardo Tisci and Bernhald Willhelm to customize and create their own versions of his mask. The opening took place at the Palazo Morando and of course drew in quite the crowd.

The latest Vivienne Westwood x Lee Anglomania Collection for Spring/Summer 2011 was showcased on the Milan runway. Once again the iconic UK designer adds some more eye catching details to Lee denim pieces.

10 Magazine is celebrating their 10th anniversary. For the occasion they present “10 Fashion Gods” on 10 different coverse. Not only do they present ten covers, but each so called “fashion god” could also choose his/her own preferred photographer.

“The next issue, out in May, boasts 10 different covers – 10 designers, each photographed by their choice of photographer. Helmut Lang sent a passport photo; Dolce & Gabbana commissioned Terry Richardson; Karl Lagerfeld produced a self-portrait.”

The covers feature Karl Lagerfeld, Ralph Lauren, Helmut Lang, Dolce & Gabbana, Tom Ford, John Galliano, Albert Elbaz, Vivienne Westwood, Donatella Versace and Azzedina Alaia.

Selectism points out how Vivienne Westwood’s Anglomania line recently teamed up with denim experts Lee for a capsule collection. “The Anglomania line takes its inspiration from the Westwood archive, referencing her collections from the 70’s and 80’s whilst using some of the cuts that made her popular in the first place. There’s four styles of jeans and some denim shirts to compliment the collection, which will be released in July.”
