For Spring/Summer 2011 Japanese brands Wacko Maria and Porter have once again gotten together. As usual Wacko Maria is not shy to present something a little more bold and decided to go with the leopard pattern for this small series. Messenger bags and tote bags, both in large size, come in a series of leopard print colorways, and are now available through Beams.

More totes for you blokes. These ones have some colorful bubble letters that spell out ‘Guily Parties,’ so they know you’re a bad man and not just a tote-toting wussy. Features a snap button closure and zippered interior pocket for the goods. Wacko Maria and Porter on the production/design front. Beams on the retail.

Japanese brand Wacko Maria continues to work with Porter and presents a new large size Gingham messenger bag. The bag comes in three colorways featuring both metal buttons and a rope application. The bag is now available from Beams.

Wacko Maria teams up with Tokyo boutique Blackflag and presents the Python Hats. The ribbon on these otherwise classic hats has been exchanged for a premium python skin stripe. They come in two colorways and will release January 2nd. Via honeyee.

Levi’s Japan has collaborated with Wacko Maria on the Embroidery 2nd Trucker Jacket. The jacket comes unwashed with a thick embroidery on the chest and is now available from e-Levi.

Japanese label Wacko Maria aligns with storied down vest maker Rocky Mountain Featherbed on an of-the-moment leopard print piece. Accented with a black leather shoulder yoke, the leopard vest features a tonal “Guilty Parties” embroidery on the back alongside some well-angled pockets.

Wacko Maria has produced an exclusive snake-skin embellished Panama hat for Tokyo retailer Blackflag. The hat comes in black straw with a dyed snake band in red or pink. Available starting Saturday, June 26, 2010. (honeyee)

Japanese brand Wacko Maria has gotten together with heritage shoemaker Alfred Sargent on a pair of Wingtip Shoes. The UK shoemaker is in business since 1899 and is still family run today. For Wacko Maria they created a classic Wingtip Shoe in two colorways – white/patent leather black and white/green. We also like a lot the contrasting red lining. Both are now available from Wise Ark.

Wacko Maria offers up a pretty fresh “Riders Jacket” as part of their Fall/Winter 09 collection. In terms of cut and details there are obvious similarities to famous motorcycle jackets from the likes of Barbour or Belstaff, with one key difference – a gingham wool outer. Comes in grey, brown, or purple (seen on the flip) and will run you ¥63,000 at ELT. (Approx. $703 USD).
