hobo gets for the second season together with Clarks to work on their iconic Wallabee. The shoe comes in a premium brown leather version with hiking boot inspired eyelets and special collaboration hang tag. The shoe is now available through Ark.

Boston-based Concepts continues their long standing relationship with Clarks to create a new set of specialty product for the Concepts brand and store. The undeniably classic Clarks Wallabee has been given a modern high-end makeover by way of fine Italian patent leather. The latest set will be offered in three rich colors – Navy, Olive, and Eggplant. The Concepts logo is embossed on the heel, with a workmark branded into the crepe rubber sole. Available early September for 200 USD.

For SS09 the Men’s Red collection is bold and confident, deep noir and day glow orange has been combined with a delicate and understated oriental print to create a look that is darkly impactful. The design incorporates an innovative abrasion resistant performance leather, which has a Chinese Silk screen print, Dragon Dynasty layered on top to add detail, the pioneering material is technically tough and hard wearing.

Clarks is sticking to the classics and revives in their Spring/Summer 2009 collection the “Prince Of Wales” check design. The pack consists of the Wallabee, the Desert Boots and the Lugger. A true British meets British collaboration. All three feature the classic Clarks crepe sole. Via DC.

An interesting new collaboration between Futura and Clarks is about to be released. The NYC artist once again worked on the Wallabee Boots and gave them a colorful upper. The front comes in premium black suede, which works as a nice balance to the otherwise colorful shoes.

The Futura x Clarks Wallabee Boots will be released on December 8th at Stless.

Clarks will soon be releasing a new limited edition Wallabee entitled Akasha. The low top shoe comes with a quilted suede upper. It will be available in the base colors black, brown and red with accents in white and blue, depending on the shoe.
We like the clean yet different look of the shoes and especially for the colder months they will be perfect.

For the most sought after men’s individual competition in this years summer Olympics, Ronnie Fieg put together the Clarks Wallabee "Metal Pack" that will be exclusively sold at David Z. The release date will be Thursday Aug. 21st, the same day the individual competition begins. They are made with a very high grade wrinkled leather along with premium black patent leather trim. 100 pairs made per color and priced at $140. They will be available online at Davidz.com as well as the Broadway flagship location. The website will be taking pre-orders starting today(08/13/08).

Hardly any apparel company passes the opportunity to bring out a product with a Chinese theme, linked to the 2008 Olympics. The same holds true for Clarks, which brings their classic Wallabee boot, featuring a chinese dragon print. The upper turns out to look like traditional Chinese silk.
