Rad Collector puts us on to Burton’s latest Vapor featuring a graphic derived from a collaborative Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat piece. “The board itself is once again NASA-grade tech, dipped in $1200 worth of Vaporskin Lite, and the shred stick that is going to win Kevin Pearce a gold medal at the Olympics in Vancouver.” This collector’s item is now available at Burton flagship stores in LA, NY, Chicago, and Burlington.

Hype Means Nothing presents their latest series of t-shirts, this time working with iconic artists Warhol and Basquiat. The special Warhol vs. Basquiat tees will come out on November 16th, exclusively at colette.

Burton continues their collaboration with the Andy Warhol Foundation and releases this Fall/Winter 2008/09 season a series of new snowboards, featuring the art of the famous artist.

Charlie Rose recently sat down with Marc Jacobs, Stephanie Seymour, Glenn O’Brien and Peter Brant to talk about the recent issue of Interview Magazine that had Jacobs on the cover, who was given the Warhol look. We reported about it at the time. Marc Jacobs also brought out a t-shirt featuring the cover artwork.

Recently Marc Jacobs was featured on the cover of Interview Magazine. On the cover he was given the looks of Andy Warhol, as the magazine describes him as the Warhol of our times. Now the Marc By Marc Jacobs line released a t-shirt that features the cover art of the magazine. It is now available in Marc Jacobs stores.

Last week we reported about the launch of the Warhol Factory x Levi’s x Damien Hirst collection at Fred Segal. Today we present you the collectors book that is being released along with the line.
The book presents the process of the creation of the collection, as well as all the people involved. The limited edition book comes hard bound in black denim, wrapped in a plexy glass and metal display box. The fashion photographs done by Beau Roulette feature Vincent Gallo and aside from the collection pictures, they also added an interview with Damien Hirst and lots more background information. The collection explores the “Death” theme, as that is a theme both artists are familiar with and that is also the main topic of the book.
The book is now on sale via DHW Books. You can order it with the box for 300 USD or without for 200 USD.

End has released a limited edition collaberation hoody between Maharishi and Andy Warhol. The hoody is made up of bright multi coloured camoflague, typical of Warhol’s work and Maharishi’s ethos. The chest of the hoody sees signatures  by Andy Warhol and DPMHI Maharishi. They are now available in two colorways!

We have already reported about the Burton x Warhol  collection. As part of the collection they presented until now both apparel and gear. Now they launched a luggage line. Unlike the clothing and gear of the collection, the luggage line stays simple. It comes in black and features iconic symbols out of Warhols work. The collection is now available at Stless.

Levi Strauss & Co. is ready to unveil their latest work of wearable art: the first image of Damien Hirst’s jeans for Levi’s. The artist designed a collection as part of The Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, known as Warhol Factory X Levi’s Damien Hirst. The jeans will be unveiled during New York’s Spring 2008 Fashion Week at a runway show at the Gagosian gallery in Chelsea and the line will arrive in stores in January as part of the 2008 season and will feature both men’s and women’s selections.
