Just yesterday we reported about the opening of the Wood Wood and Lego Brickism exhibition, which showcased Lego sculptures created by some great artists. Today we can finally give you a clean look at the outcome of the works by So_Me, Delta, Will Sweeney and HuskMitNavn. The outcome is great and definitely worth checking out.

The Brickism exhibition, a collaboration between Lego and Wood Wood, has opened its doors in their Copenhagen flagship store. The exhibition showcases Lego sculptures by Delta, So_Me, Will Sweeney and HuskMitNavn. After Copenhagen the exhibition will travel to colette in Paris, Goodhood in London and 290 SQM in Amsterdam.

Will Sweeney’s Alakazam! has released a new set of tees through what they’re calling mini-season 5.5. Inspirations come from mythological references, B-grade horror flicks, surrealism, punk and pop culture resulting in an imaginative take on the world of contemporary art today. This small collection of t-shirts features designs by Will Sweeney and Hiroshi Iguchi. Now available at Haven.

We present you Season 3 of Australian cult sunglass brand COLAB. Once again the brand has enlisted several interesting artists from around the globe to collaborate with for Fall/Winter 2009. They worked with Will Sweeney, Deanne Cheuk, Mike Perry, Chris Hopkins, as well as The Presets and their longtime friend and artist Jonathan Zawada. The artist had complete freedom concerning design and silhouette, just like we are used to see from the brand. The sunglasses are coming to stores July 2009, including colette, Caliroots, Wood Wood and more.

BIRDY NAM NAM – THE PARACHUTE ENDING – CLIP OFFICIEL

After showing you a preview of the animated Birdy Nam Nam “Parachute Ending” video some time ago, we can finally show you the final version today. Artist Will Sweeney produced the animation and it could not fit better with the music of the French DJ crew. Enjoy!

Will Sweeney is part of the new line-up of Nike’s Spring 2009 co-Lab series. The artist designed two t-shirts, we well as a lightweight jacket for the collection.

After giving you a small preview of the upcoming Will Sweeney “Greenfuzz” series, we can give you some detailed looks of the toy that will accompany the series. The toy comes in true Sweeney style with lots of great details.

The Will Sweeney “Greenfuzz” Toy will be released at SlamJam on January 16th, when Will Sweeney will open his exhibition “Animals, Vegetables and Minerals”, at the SlamJam Milan store.

Artist Will Sweeney will be releasing some interesting new items in the near future. Next to a new zine that he produced with Amos Toys, there will also be a toy, a t-shirt and a color print. Expect all these new items to be available soon at honeyee.

Medicom Fabrick got together with Will Sweeney’s Alakazam!. Using the all-over monster print by the artist, they produced a series of product, including a messenger bag, pouches, room slippers and a cushion.
