The last time the fashion industry experienced a female liberation movement was during the “bra burning 60s.” Bras, high heels, make-up and other items supporting the unattainable, standard of beauty, were lit aflame in a “freedom trash can” to symbolize opposition to sexual oppression.

Since 2005, Hellz Bellz has provided fashion alternatives for the bold fashionista with edgy, graphic tees, jackets, denim and accessories. Designer Lanie Alabanza defies all the rules of conformity and any fashion entity that claims a woman’s style cannot breach strength, individuality and feminine flair simultaneously.

The Delivery II lookbook from the Fall “Bullet Proof Sisters” collection pays tribute to the sexploitation flicks of the 1960’s -70’s that have always inspired Hellz Bellz. The collection is shipping to stores now.

Nike continues to present product specifically for the Beijing Olympics event. The latest we came across is this Dunk Low Color Pack. It consists of five Dunk Lows, all coming in a unicolor upper in red, green, yellow, blue and grey. They all feature the Olympic Octagon logo that Nike has been using for all Olympic themed product, on the tongue tag. Furthermore the Swoosh come in felt material. 
The Nike Beijing Olympics Color Pack will be released at X-Girl retailers in Japan on the 8th of August, with the opening of the Olympics.
Just like with the recent Nike Air Force 1 pack for women, these Dunk Lows also feature the same color on mid-sole, sole and on the upper.

Not much is known on the new Booji line which looks to be targeted for women, but we do know that we’re obliged to show you photos of this full collection that interestingly enough will have limited distribution in the Swiss and Russian, and possibly Parisian markets. We’ll fill you in shortly as we learn more.

Rogue Status has released their first womens collection. With the same spirit and graphic style than their mens collection, the first womens collection comes along. Strong messanges and graphics can be found in this first line-up.

We present you the In4mation Summer ‘08 lookbook. The "Endless Summer" collection consists of both mens and womens styles. We cannot underline enough how impressed we are of the short time it took In4mation from going to an in-house t-shirt brand to a full collection for both men and women. Also it is always great seeing Hawaiian brands building their identity on the heritage of the island and staying true to where they are from. For some reason the message is real that comes across. That is also once again the case in this collection by In4mation.

SSUR is once again at it and has launched this past week the website of his newest line, going after the name GouMada. In 2007, GouMada launched it’s first collection - a high end women’s version of the SSUR line. The GouMada collection’s design principles are luxury and elegance. All designs are cut & sewn and made in Japan.
GouMada by SSUR will be available at SSUR+PLUS starting Wednesday April 23th, 2008.

Nike presents a new Court Force pack for women – the Diamond Pack. It consists of a silver Court Force Lo and a gold Court Force Hi. A nice mix of materials and application of rhinestones gives the sneakers a premium look.
Atmos will be releasing the pack on the 26th of April. Check out both sneakers in detail after the jump.

Here comes a womens Court Force Hi Basic out of the “Max Pack”, that we have previously not come across. The remixed Court Forces, that have been given an Air Max look were a great success this season and also this is a very fresh colorway with a nice mix of materials, reminding us of yet another Nike classic.

We give you a look at the first womens t-shirts to be released by Crooks & Castles. The t-shirts come out as part of the 8021 Womens Collection, which is only available at the Crooks & Castles flagship store in LA. they present some classic Crooks designs on womens tees, both crew- and v-neck. These t-shirts will drop this coming Friday, April 18th.
