This coming Thursday, Wood Wood Berlin will be releasing their first collaboration with G-Shock. The watch comes in classic black and features a custom Wood Wood print on the strap. More images of the collaboration watch should follow soon.

After recently presenting you the first release of the adidas Originals Rod Laver Series, which included collaborations with DQM, Undefeated, Limiteditions and VA, we give you a look today at the next drop of the series, this time featuring collaborative sneakers with Solebox, D-Mop, Wood Wood and Goodfoot.

Once again each partner created an interesting new look for this 40 year old classic, bringing it back to live today. D-Mop used silver leather all over the upper, Goodfoot gave the sneaker a varsity jacket styling, Solebox took influences from hiking, and Wood Wood concentrates on premium details and an overall subtle look. Finally CLOT gave the sneaker an all pony skin upper.

To commemorate the Parra pop-up store at the Wood Wood Berlin Store, Wood Wood and the Dutch artist got together for a collaborative t-shirt. The t-shirt combines signature graphics by the artist and graphics from the Wood Wood Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. A few tees are now available online here.

On Thursday we gave you an extensive look at the new “I like the T-Shirt but I will get the Painting” exhibition at Pool Gallery Berlin. Last night the Parra pop-up store “I like the Painting but I will get the T-Shirt” celebrated its opening at Wood Wood Berlin. Aside from Rockwell t-shirts, the store also carries several Nike collaborative products, skatedecks and more.

The Brickism exhibition, a collaboration between Wood Wood, Lego and a series of contemporary artists opened a couple of weeks ago in Copenhagen. From September 7th it will be on display at colette in Paris and for the occasion Wood Wood and colette got together on the “Brickism” t-shirt. The tee features the colette double dot logo, made up of Lego stones.

After previously presenting you a detailed look at the Wood Wood Fall/Winter 2009 Collection and the new leather accessories line, we show you today the newly released wool accessories. The Danish label presents beanies, scarfs and gloves, all featuring a multicolor Wood Wood logo tag. The wool pieces are inspired by classic outdoor knitwear, yet cut differently and up to date. The accessories are now available at Caliroots along with the rest of the new collection.

Just yesterday we reported about the opening of the Wood Wood and Lego Brickism exhibition, which showcased Lego sculptures created by some great artists. Today we can finally give you a clean look at the outcome of the works by So_Me, Delta, Will Sweeney and HuskMitNavn. The outcome is great and definitely worth checking out.

The Brickism exhibition, a collaboration between Lego and Wood Wood, has opened its doors in their Copenhagen flagship store. The exhibition showcases Lego sculptures by Delta, So_Me, Will Sweeney and HuskMitNavn. After Copenhagen the exhibition will travel to colette in Paris, Goodhood in London and 290 SQM in Amsterdam.

The new Wood Wood Fall/Winter 2009 Collection is getting to stores this coming week, including their own flagship stores in Copenhagen and Berlin. We get an early detailed look at the collection.

We definitely like the direction that Wood Wood is developing in. It has become a true fusion brand, bringing street fashion and high end fashion together in a way that works. The Fall/Winter 2009 Collection certainly takes some workwear inspiration, more than previously. Our favorite pieces include the shirts, pants, as well as some of the knitwear. A look at the t-shirts and accessories will follow soon.

Once again Wood Wood shows us a new footwear collaboration. After recently working with adidas, Converse and others, they now worked with Onitsuka Tiger on the classic X-Caliber GT. Once again the Copenhagen label impresses by creating a shoe that it both classic and wearable, yet different from the masses. Too many collaborations out there go too crazy and turn out to be un-wearable, and it is never the case with Wood Wood’s work.

Select retailers will be receiving the Onitsuka Tiger x Wood Wood X-Caliber GT beginning of August.
