Shaolin Jazz has merged the instrumentals of the late Gil Scott Heron with Wu-Tang Clan’s accapellas to create ‘The Gil Scott Suite’ EP, consisting of three tracks; Gil’s Pinky Ring #1, Gil’s Pinky Ring #2, and P.L.O. Nile. It’s available as a free download here. Enjoy.

This spring Rocksmith has teamed up with Wu Tang to present the Wu Massacre Tee illustrated by French Magazine Be Street. The tee will be available in limited units worldwide at select retail locations early spring. The tee will debut in NYC at the Rocksmith Pop-Up store this March in the L.E.S.

Applebum has worked once again with Wu-Tang Clan and this time used the image from the first Wu-Tang album cover, shot by Danny Hastings. The raglan t-shirt has been released this week in limited numbers.

Japanese brand Applebum has worked with Wu-Tang Brand on a series of items. The most interesting one from the collaboration, the Satin Sukajan Souvenir Jacket, has just been released. The satin college style jacket comes in a navy/white colorway with extensive embroidery details, that are especially impressive on the back of the jacket.

Raekwon drops the official music video for his latest single from the forthcoming album Only Built 4 Cuban Linx II due in stores September 8th, 2009. The single features Inspectah Deck, Ghostface Killah, GZA and Method Man over J. Dilla production and incredible animation. The Wu is back.

Somehow Wu-Tang constantly manages to surprise with their releases. Whether due to poor marketing or not, the recent output from the Clan just seems to appear. Case in point, Soundtracks from the Shaolin Temple. This collection released yesterday (October 7) and includes each and every living member of the Clan, and some choice guests. Thanks to ProHipHop for the heads up on this.

Teaser images already appeared a while ago, now they are about to release. Fila gottogether with Wu-Tang Clan to produce a pair of winter boots. Coming in a mix of rubber and premium leathers, the boot features the infamous Wu-Tang Clan logo both on the side panel and on the heel.
