After previously showing you the XLarge Fall 2009 collaborations with Manhattan Portage and Disney, we now show you the complete Fall 2009 Collection Lookbook. This seasons line is heavily inspired by the outdoors, which seems to be a general trend in menswear for a while now. Some nice Patagonia inspired fleece pieces, mixed with plaid shirts and accessories, raw denim and chinos makes for an overall nice look. XLarge of course also infuses some color and a strong series of graphic t-shirts, mostly based around their iconic logo.

The other day we already showed you the XLarge x Manhattan Portage collaboration, which is coming as part of the XLarge Japan Fall 2009 Collection. Here is now a first look another collaboration from the new collection. XLarge got together with Disney on some t-shirts and some denim. The t-shirt features a classic XLarge logo on the front and Mickey Mouse on the back. The denim from the collaboration comes raw and features Mickey Mouse hands on the back-pockets. Look out for a release in the coming months.

For Fall 2009 XLarge worked with Manhattan Portage on a technical backpack. The backpack comes in durable canvas and features different colors on different panels, including camouflage patterns on the front. Furthermore several logos have been placed on the backpack. Look out for a release of the XLarge x Manhattan Portage Backpack in the coming weeks.

The one thing that we love the most about the XLarge x adidas Originals Five-Two 3 Superstars is the combined adidas Trefoil and XLarge logos. Much like with the Bape logo at the time, it just makes for an instant classic. Therefore we also like a lot the collaborative t-shirt that the two brands will be releasing along with the sneaker on August 15th!

Next in line is a collaboration with Japan’s XLarge branch. They chose to work on the Superstar and gave it a more vivid design, after we have previously seen the more subtle Stone Island and Porter collaborations. We love seeing the mix of the classic XLarge and adidas logos on the heel.

Groundbreaking on it’s 1991 opening, LA’s X-Large store helped define streetwear as we know it with a mix of utilitarian basics and the cutting edge. Blending generation X lifestyle with a living large theme in both mind state and denim fit, the brand and the Superstar’s timeless, fat-lace friendly curves have been allied since day one, and designed with X-Large’s bold FW09 season in mind.

Alternating between lime green, purple, pink and blue snakeskin effect leathers, broken up by black suede 3-Stripes, complete with white X-LARGE lettering, while a matching suede tongue and heeltab display both brand’s logos. The white rubber shell keeps things striking, while a branded sockliner and no less that six sets of coloured laces emblazoned with the slogan, “Getting no respect since ‘91” keeps things appropriately versatile.

After showing you already the adidas Originals x Nom de Guerre Forum Mid from the Five-Two 3 Project, we can preview today the XLarge, Maharishi and Porter collaborations from the Project. XLarge worked on the Superstar and gave it a multicolored faux snakeskin upper. Maharishi worked on the Stan Smith 80 and gave it a chambray upper. Porter from Japan worked with one of their custom nylon materials on the upper and added a zipper along the heel on the Nizza Hi LX. All three sneakers will be available soon at Proper.

Japanese label XLarge have released several new items for Summer 2009. Mixing classic and contemporary styles, XLarge presents several short-sleeve collared shirts in some of this seasons most popular patterns and materials such as gingham and oxford. For the more adventurous, we think the plastic XL logo necklace is the stand out piece. All items are available now from XLarge.jp

XLarge got together with LA jewelry designer Han Cholo to collaborate on a couple of pieces. The collaboration includes three belt buckles and three lace locks. Both styles come in gold, silver and black and come nicely packaged in a Han Cholo pouch. The XLarge x Han Cholo belt buckles and shoe jewelry will be released later this month at XLarge stores.

After recently showing you the XLarge Summer 2009 Lookbook and their upcoming G-Shock collaboration, we take a more detailed look today at their accessories line-up for the season.

XLarge offers a big accessories collection this season, consisting of wallets, towels, caps, flip flops, bags, and much more. All product comes in a variety of fun summer colors and will be released very soon at Calif.

We take a look at the new XLarge Summer 2009 Collection. XLarge adapted the Stephen Sprouse graffiti theme that we have recently seen again in a Louis Vuitton collection, and offer both clothing and accessories with a similar graphic style. They also created some more subtle styles for the new season, making the collection overall well balanced.
