A really solid looking canvas backpack will release from the YMC Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. The heritage looking backpack has been a much re-interpreted piece in recent seasons. What we especially like about this one, is the size and the great combination of the orange canvas upper and dark brown leather details. Look out for a release soon.

YMC presents three new sneakers from their Spring/Summer 2011 collection. Taking inspiration from 1970’s culture and movements, options includes a red Navajo lace-up, navy suede slip-on, and off-white canvas sneakers, all with classic gum soles. Now available at Oki-Ni.

YMC (You Must Create) gets together with outerwear label Gloverall for a wax jacket in yellow. “This jacket continues the great relationship and the great pieces of outerwear that both brands are known for; the jacket includes the signature shawl neck collar YMC have favoured many times on many of their pieces as well as the Gloverall touch in the form of the rope and wooden fastening for that authentic rustic impression.” Available from online retailer Glass Boutique.

As part of their Fall/Winter 2010 Collection YMC has collaborated with Gloverall on their classic “Monty” duffle coat. The duffle coat comes in two colorways and the main differences to the original is the shorter length and the leather instead of rope fastening. Both jackets are now available from the YMC online store.

London-based YMC (You Must Create) offers an impressive preview of their upcoming FW10 collection. The heavily bearded model works well with the classic UK knitwear and woven looks.

Cult British label YMC are to open their new store in Poland Street, W1. The concept space will home both their mens and womenswear collections plus other finds. YMC collections are known for their modern and functional design, inspired by classic styles but updated with a contemporary feel. The store is due to launch Friday 31st July.

YMC got inspired by the 60’s this season and presents two snakeskin deck shoes as part of their Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The deck shoes feature faux snakeskin uppers, white outer soles and matching white leather laces.

YMC is another label that we have been closely watching over the past couple of seasons. Their new Spring/Summer 2008 collection just entered stores and we have already found a piece that really attracted out attention – the cable knit cardigan. The collar looks great, also the high buttons look good and for anybody that has ever tried on a piece like this will know, they also make sense. Along with many more pieces, the cardigan is now available at End.
