Previously shown on the Fall/Winter 2011 runway show, YSL has released their ‘Camouflage Rubber Sole’ shoe collection. The collection consists of overall three styles – Teddy boot, Lug Sole Pull-on Boot and Lug Sole lace-up. All three feature premium leathers in black and brown on the upper and a very clean and modern design, all sitting on camo rubber outer soles. The shoes have a 60s and military theme. Priced at $795 – $895, the shoes and boots are now available from YSL.com.

When it comes to these kinds of projects nobody can mess with Parisian concept store colette. Just a couple of weeks ago Nike presented its new French Away Team Kit, paying homage to the iconic white/navy striped pattern, made famous as well by designers such as Jean-Paul Gaultier. I think we can all agree that the jersey came out very nice.

With The Away Project, colette is celebrating the Away Kit by bringing on collaborators from all sorts of areas, presenting their product also with the “mariniere” striped pattern. Included in the line-up of collaborations is a watch with Swatch, pen with Montblanc, perfume with Comme des Garcons, bag with Longchamp and Chanel, scarf with Hermes, macarons with Laduree, cosmetics with YSL and more.

colette will setup a fully striped corner on their 1st floor on March 28th and the project runs until April 9th.

For Fall/Winter 2010, Yves Saint-Laurent (YSL) will be releasing a capsule sneaker collection. The line-up includes two colorways of their high top sneaker and two colorways of their mid top model. All sneakers in the range feature premium leathers and other special applications, including pony hair, patent leather and more.

Again the kicks are fairly Sk8 Hi inspired, but this time are cut a little higher and come in two premium leather options. Further details include waxed laces and the YSL logo embossed on the tongue. We take a look at the new Yves Saint-Laurent Spring/Summer 2010 Sneakers. The French high fashion house presents a series of mid tops, high tops and low tops. The sneakers comes with different premium leathers on the upper, and all feature in some way a large “Y” on the side-panels.

After previously showing you the grey and the black colorways of the first collaborative project between Yves Saint-Laurent and Puma, we give you a look today at the white colorway. The entire upper comes in white premium leather, giving the sneaker a clean and subtle look. Look out for a release soon. Via Easttouch.

Yves Saint Laurent presents an interesting high top sneaker as part of its Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The toe box looks similar to a moccasin or Clark Wallabee, while the rest of the sneaker looks like a classic premium high top sneaker. Produced by Puma for YSL, the sneakers come in a black and a grey suede colorway and are now available at Concepts.

In the last couple of weeks all major fashion shows took place around the globe. Massimo Gammacurta came up with the perfect accessory to attending the shows – fashion brand lollipops. He created them with the Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel and YSL logos in a series of different flavors.
