For Spring/Summer 2012 Yves Saint Laurent has released a new denim slip-on sneaker. Featuring a raw denim upper, the loafer comes with a leather lining, leather heel tab and small YSL embroidery on the side-panel. It is now available from Browns.

As part of their Fall/Winter 2011 Collection, Yves Saint-Laurent releases high top sneakers featuring leopard patterns on a pony hair upper. For some reason the leopard print does not seem to get old. We still remember the Woven Footscape collaboration by Nike and The Hideout and in the meantime have seen numerous releases with the print, especially coming from high end brands. The reason why it seems to be so popular again these days, is probably because people have gotten a little bored of the simplicity that was hammered into their heads through out the heritage/workwear trend these past couple of seasons.

Anyways, YSL offers the high top in two colorways. If you go down this road, you might as well do it proper and thus go for the above colorway.

Today we take a closer look at the Spring/Summer 2011 Sneaker Collection by French brand Yves Saint Laurent. Next to a series of high top sneakers, featuring different premium materials and other applications, the brand also presents a mid top Chukka with crocodile skin uppers in two colorways. Overall the line-up is clean and certainly features some interesting looking styles for the season.

For Yves Saint Laurent’s Fall/Winter 2010-11 campaign, the label enlisted American photographer and filmmaker Bruce Weber to put together a short film showcasing the new collection.

Yves Saint-Laurent does not only present black, white and grey sneakers this season. Here we give you a look at their upcoming color pack, which consists of a yellow, green and pink sneaker. All three high top sneakers come in a mix of canvas and suede on the upper. The pink and green colorways come with white heels and the yellow colorway features a black leather heel.

Yves Saint Laurent presents an interesting high top sneaker as part of its Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The toe box looks similar to a moccasin or Clark Wallabee, while the rest of the sneaker looks like a classic premium high top sneaker. Produced by Puma for YSL, the sneakers come in a black and a grey suede colorway and are now available at Concepts.
