The hip-hop community is rallying together to demand justice for Ahmaud Arbery, an unarmed black man who was hunted down and killed by two white men while jogging through a Georgia neighborhood earlier this year.

According to CNN, on February 23, the 25-year-old Arbery went for a jog in a residential neighborhood outside Brunswick, Georgia. He was spotted by Gregory McMichael, a former cop, and his son Travis McMichael. The two white men got into a pickup truck and pursued Arbery down the street, where they shot and killed him. The whole incident was caught on tape but no arrests have been made.

The case managed to fly under the radar for months until last Tuesday when a local radio station host posted the footage of Arbery's killing. Since then, the graphic clip has made the rounds on social media to mounting outrage. Rallying behind the hashtag "#IRunWithMaud" many people are now petitioning for justice to be served.
