Following the third (and final?) DONDA listening party this week, Kanye West fans have been speculating whether his "marriage" to ex-wife Kim Kardashian on stage meant that the two were back together. Sadly, fans close to the source say that Kim's appearance was nothing but support, as the two are "forever family."

As Kim made her entrance, she was wearing a white wedding gown, which also happens to be the final look from Demna Gvasalia's first Haute Couture collection for Balenciaga, shown earlier this year. Gvasalia has played a big part in West's listening parties, stepping in as Creative Director during the second one and remaining for the third, collaborating on merch and stage outfits.

Ye himself has been wearing a handful of Balenciaga (as well as old Vetements) throughout his DONDA-era, most notably the bear hunting-inspired spiked jacket and matching mask, as well as other pieces that he has taken to Instagram to share.

Kim and Kanye's relationship with Balenciaga has been documented since Halloween last year when Kim wore a bodysuit (read: gimp suit) and has since appeared in versions of the same skin-tight outfit at the DONDA listening parties. Ye also wore a Balenciaga getup, complete with a motorcycle helmet.

One thing is for sure, and that is that Demna Gvasalia loves popular culture and continues to take inspiration from it, and it makes complete sense that he'd seek inspiration from two of the biggest names in the industry.

Although Kanye didn't release his album and ended up disappointing in more ways than one, at least we got some great new looks to remember from the Soldier Field listening party.
