What We’re Saying: Union's 30th anniversary Air Jordan 4 collab has been teased for weeks, but now, we finally have an official, detailed look at the shoe — scratch that — two shoes. The upcoming drop between the Los Angeles retailer and Nike consists of a pair of colorways in the "Desert Moss" and "Taupe Haze," both of which were previously previewed by third parties.

Union has dubbed the upcoming Air Jordan 4 collaboration "Tent and Trail," as a nod to the late '80s and early '90s when outdoor gear such as bubble goose jackets, hiking boots, and camping backpacks began to be incorporated into daily style. Subsequently, the retailer has reimagined the Air Jordan 4 as if it came from that era, utilizing signature colors found in now-decades-old outdoor apparel and equipment.

A followup to last year's "Off Noir" and "Guava" colorways, the "Tent and Trail" pack features similar fabrics and design elements, including the pre-folded tongue that is capable of being unfurled, a reference to how Union's Chris Gibbs wore his Jordan 4s growing up. You can get a detailed look at each pair from the new collection by swiping through the lookbook above. As you see in the "Buy" section, the "Taupe Haze" is slated to release exclusively through Union, while the "Desert Moss" sees a wider release through Union and Nike SNKRS. Be sure to stay tuned for additional launch information.
