Where the runway meets the street

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of Staple Design. That’s a long time, especially in this industry. Something to be respected.
Of course Staple has a 10th Anniversary collection ready for Spring 07, that is right now shipping to stores and is in part available at the Reed Space as of today, February 22nd. The theme of the 10th Anniversary collection is Anagram. Jeff Staple ha smany collaborations in the new collection, with people that inspire him, worked with him, he is friends with and each one of those collaborators he gave an Anagram to get inspired. The outcome is great collaborative pieces with Colette, Paul Mittelman, Deanne Cheuk, Grotesk and many more.
Just before we forget it – the new Pigeon New Era is dropping today at the Reed Space and it is supposed to go perfectly with your Pigeon Dunks, a creation by Staple that changed the sneaker game.
Staple was also always about stability. Never going too much in one direction and always delivering quality products consistently. That’s why you find along these many collaborations very simple pieces like the Staple Undershirt with the tone on tone one color front print:”A Staple Undershirt”. This is exactly what Staple stands for in our mind – keeping a good balance. Once you have seen the entire collection you will see that it has a good balance. Strong collabs, simple pieces and simple strong cut & sew pieces. You will not be disappointed. As of today you can head over to the Reed Space and start grabbing 10th Anniversary specials. They have even renovated the place just for this occasion. Via Jeff Staple.
Head on after the jump to see some of these pieces.
