Where the runway meets the street

We give you a first look at Hong Kong based N4E1‘s Fall/Winter 2008 collection. The brand has been around for a couple of seasons and we have reported about them before. Up until recently we had the impression the direction of the brand had been lost or at least blurry, as every season was looking a little different, mixing workwear with other styles and we could not really figure out a clear message behind N4E1 (Not For Everyone).
The more pleased we are with their new Fall/Winter 2008 collection. The entire collection is cut & sew and takes clear inspiration from high-end Japanese collections, concentrating on cuts and fitting as well as adding just the right amount of details to product. You will find leather quilted jackets, denims, button up shirts, flannels, crewnecks, hoodies, tee’s, and accessories in the new line. The color palette is simple, yet strong, and the line is all in all round.
Have a further look at the new collection after the jump.
