The Practice of Everyday Design, founded just last year, introduced the Stalac Coffee Table last week at The Interior Design Show, IDS 10 Prototype Exhibit in Toronto. Inspired by the organic architecture of the cave, the table operates with Stalactites falling from a rectangular portion of “the cave” to form legs. The design is in keeping with the practice’s intent on re-evaluating everyday life in order to create innovative and playful designs.
